"the best of us, we are damned to Hell" that really stuck me because a lot of my relatives aren't in Christ, and even though they are awesome people, they're still spiritually dead and in need of Him. . . I pray that I would be a mirror reflecting God's love toward them.
According to our beliefs, every person in the world, regardless of gender, race, or sex, is spiritually dead. We can do absolutely nothing in order to come to God. The Bible even says so (Isaiah 64:6)! So in the end, we are all of us in need of a savior to take our place. The Law of the Old Testament clearly shows this, actually. It shows that we are sinners. Very bad ones, too. And because we are sinners, we need a sacrifice in order for our sins to be forgiven. So Christ came down as the PERFECT, ultimate sacrifice and died for the purpose that we might be saved. So, when all is said and done, we can do nothing to save ourselves. No works, no gifts, no wisdom, no power. The only thing that can save us is Jesus' blood on the cross.

I prayed 20 years for my mom and sisters and theyvare now believers. Pray unceasing.
+Wayne Nale Thank you for your encouragement! I'm slowly recognizing that God lets us learn at our own pace.
Once we have tasted of the Love of God we desire that others receive it. It ultimately is their choice. Continue being an example.
