In sterquiliniis invenitur, “in filth it will be found". Had to play this 5 times before I commented so I could grasp a decent understanding. I must say though the amount of lyrics are few the message behind them are pretty damn impactful. That's not very easy to do, usually a story needs to be told in order to convey a certain message in a song, the attention to detail in the lyrics is incredible. The meaning is quite simple but very powerful and I would even say great life advice in general. I am a "vocal" person so that's what I typically pay attention to the most but for this song the drums stuck out the most (sorry ladies 😁) l really liked the kicks in this and the drumming overall sounded very precise. All the instrumentation here went together very well and as usual the vocals were on point. I would of liked to hear more of the harsh vocals synced with the cleans however the small sections where they were used were unexpected and helped give it that extra punch. I feel very confident in saying you guys are going to do very well and you will definitely blow up in the symphonic metal scene. I was there near the start with Blackbriar and it's been an incredible musical journey with them so far. So I am very happy to be here at the beginning with Shield of Wings and I know this is the start of another great musical journey. I'm excited to hear what the album will have in store. Oh and I have to say, if you guys come across a decent Hurdy Gurdy player I hope you will consider using it in a future song as I believe with your overall sound the addition of a hurdy gurdy would really push things over the top. I wish more bands incorporated it in their music but theres so few that even know what it is and even fewer who play it.

My band Iron Brigade performed with you guys at the Legions of Metal festival in Chicago and you guys rocked me to hell and back amazing preformance!!! Wonderful band and songwriting and the vocals were perfect live. Hails from Pittsburgh guys
To be honest, the album of this band left me with a very sad feeling. On the one hand, very pleasant vocals and interesting musical material, but on the other - just terrible production and mixing: Guitars, vocals, bass and drums are piled in the center of the mix without the slightest understanding of frequencies, and orchestral parts "stick out" on the sides. The sound of the guitars itself is almost indistinguishable - only some kind of inarticulate humming and buzzing. Honestly, even the demos of the first symphonic metal bands in the 90s sounded better. I don't know who recorded and mixed this album, but it is better for this person not to do it anymore - at least until he learns at least some kind of training course and practices on something less complex than sympho-metal. Especially considering that nowadays many experienced european producers, who have recorded many successful albums in this genre, teach online and do master classes in their craft. I usually never criticize beginner bands, but in this case it's just a shame that good creative ideas and the talent of musicians were just ruined by really bad production. As for the band itself, I sincerely wish them good luck and great success in the future.
