I have deactivated my Instagram as it was really eating up my time. Honestly, there is no secret sauce. Caloric deficit (use a weighing scale), resistance training with proper progressive overload (record your workouts). No cheat ‘days’ but definitely sneak in a nice cheat meal once a week without going crazy. Hit your protein goal. No excuses and nothing else required. Watch your body change.

Hey Brother. You are doing great service by guiding people to become fit. I would like to share my experience and you should bring a video on it. As I gained around 10-12 Kg last year. Even though I am regular into sports. But eating habits were bad. So due to weight gain and change in posture. I had huge difficulty in Breathing and with change in posture my back was totally gone and I use to have lot of pain on my back. After restarting my work out.. I understood that due to weight gain it impacts posture and we get lot of pressure on lower spinal. And now I reducing these pain and feeling much better in regaining my shape back.

I am planning to leave gym and do bicycling body weight exercise and proper diet Because when i do gym i loose fat and at the same time i gain muscles. Sid bhai I have a very concerning question to ask. I have watched your videos and they really motivated me to workout. So I got to know one thing (not gonna say from who sorry) that I'm explaining with example. Say if you are daily burning 2500 kcal and you are getting only 1500 kcal from food, you said that body will start using the fuel from body itself(from fats and muscle) but completes it's requirement of 2500 kcal due to which you will definitely see weight loss. The thing I got to know from the person is that the body then adopts to the new energy intake by shutting down calorie requirements to the new intake values 1500kcal. Due to which you will still remain at same weight, no change in fat loss and also your internal health will start degrading due to shutting down of activities. Please can you suggest whether this is true, misunderstanding or a pure blatant lie? Thank you.
