Intriguing to see the massive production scale for something as simple as potato chips. Makes you appreciate the process.
I've always wandered when it comes to potatoes, or fruites or vegetables that are grown and are consumed by millions of people every day, how does supply not run out? Do we just have endless fields that grow and produce every week?
Mike Sells chip are very good.
Everything seems perfect, but when the potatoes are soaked in the water tank, are there any bleaching agents or additives used?
Great video and channel I subscribed 😊

this video is super interesting and really informative! it’s amazing to see the whole process of potato chips being made. however, i can’t help but wonder if the sheer scale of production might compromise the quality of the chips. sometimes, i think smaller batches could lead to better flavor and crunch, don’t you?
Mike Sells chip are very good.
Now I see why my flaming hot lays never have any seasoning they barely put any on them. They need to be tossed twice as long with 2 bags instead of one
Human intervention at the end were they were doing a check one of the hoppers was full and no one unlocking it

Potatoes are not grown on a vine.
They are though. The plant is above ground, and underground, 3 or 4 potatoes are connected by a vine from each plant. It's underground, but it's still a vine.
@@robertb203 A 'vine' grows as a stem above ground, usually upwards or trailing. A potato has shrub-like stems above ground, and stems below ground which produce the 'tubers' or potatoes. Vines do not grow underground.
Did they not teach you how things grow in school growing up? 😅
