I love Jones Road products & have almost everything they make. I think the bronze & pink look great on you. I said it in a past video how healthy & shiny your hair looks. Whatever your doing keep doing.
Thanks so much for your nice comment! I feel like the main issue with my hair is that it is seeming really thin - I wonder if that is just because when I broke my arm, my body diverted all the collagen that it was making to fix my arm and started ignoring my hair? I do need to figure out what to do about that though. Thanks very much for your kind support! ❤
I do like the Merit mascara a lot and agree that it looks quite natural. I do think that it's quite similar to the Caliray mascara, and since I have a lot of minis of that, I haven't bought the Merit all that often and so don't talk about it that much, I guess. I do like it though! Thanks much for your comment! ❤
Thanks Lisa! I tried the face balm and the fragrance in it broke me out and stung my eyes. So never tried any of their other products. I do like the lip and cheek palettes on you, all the colors look good. My favorite was the Mocha, so I might try the lip balm in that color.
Unfortunately both the WTF foundation and the Miracle Balm do have a lot of essential oils in them and have been irritating for me. A lot of their other products really have been inice for me though. Please report back if you decide to try anything on how you to with it. ❤
The Golden Pink Palette has been a good product, but I have more neutral/pink undertones. The Rosey Brown Lip and Cheek Tint is a surprise favorite of mine! Based on your review, I may try the Tawny Nude shade. Thanks for your honest reviews.
Thanks for the update on Jones Road! I was hoping they would have an amazing holiday deal so I could try their brow pencils, but I didn't see anything compelling, and I hate to pay shipping for one item. I probably need to go ahead and just place an order, because the brow pencils sure sound unique. It seems to me most brow products are made for people who already have decent brows, but the Jones Road ones appear to be different and look like they'll work great for someone with nonexistent brows like me! Maybe I need to order multiple brow pencils to satisfy the shipping fee, in faith that I'll absolutely love them! Thank you for what you frequently say about how you like to apply foundation with your fingers, as you believe using a brush from the get-go wastes product. I'm sorry, makeup artists, but this technique of "loading the brush" wastes a lot of product! The reason the foundation looks barely there and natural when you load the brush is because 80% of the foundation just got absorbed into the brush!!! LOL
They really seem determined not to ever have any sales at all there, except occasionally on sets during the holiday season. I do think that their shipping minimum is really steep though, especially for both people who are buying for the first time and for people who have purchased really large amounts of stuff from them already. I do think the brow pencil has been fantastic for me, and the brow gel is also best in category in terms of making my sparse brows look a lot better. ❤
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews OK, that’s good to know that about the brow gel too! I will check their website again and see if there’s anything else I’m interested in now. I would want to try their lipsticks if I weren’t already up to my eyeballs and lipsticks!😂 Maybe someday they will be offered somewhere that would make the brand a little more accessible!
@@jjjjk1241 They were at Credo for a year as a "pop-up" but then removed it all as soon as the year was up when they started building their own stores. I wonder how their stores are doing and if they are going to open more of them. Apparently BB has concluded that cosmetic company profits tend to get totally wiped out by retailer margins and sales, and that she is going to do everything possible not to fall into those traps. And I can't say that I disagree with that strategy, in terms of building a company that will be profitable in the long-term without needing to sell out to a big conglomerate. They do seem to be really good about taking products back if people don't like them, and so I would suggest going ahead and using that option if you buy things that don't make you happy, though! ❤
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews thank you; that helps! Wish the WTF was available in a mini to try. I’ve been wanting to try it, but I’m hesitant to since some people have said it’s irritating. But if they are very good about taking returns and I have that to fall back on, maybe I’ll try it.
@@jjjjk1241 I think that especially for the WTF, they are planning that a lot of people are going to return it and they bring their return policy up prominently in their UA-cam ads about it. In general, the generous return policy is one of the best things that Estee Lauder has going for it, and I am sure that they have researched the heck out of that and concluded that it is in their best interest financially to make that available to people. And that BB has seen those numbers and that that is why a good return policy is so integral to JR as well. And all the reports that I have gotten do suggest that they make it easy to return things if necessary. If anyone reading this has had any problems with a return to them, please do let us know though!
Love the organization of how you present the products on your face and ingredients you avoid. Very nice and convenient!
Oh great, I'm so happy to hear that! ❤
Super nice review! Thank you!

I’ve still not tried JRB . These look great for winter on my paler by the day face! Will need to try . Thx Lisa . Happy holidays! 🎁🎁🎁
Happy holidays to you too!! ❤
I think both the pink and bronze colors look good with your skin tone. Try Merit mascara looks very natural even in black and is tubing and stays on.
