ABOUT JURASSIC WORLD: EVOLUTION - THE SECRETS OF DR WU
Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu unlocks new campaign missions, putting players in control of two hidden research facilities on Isla Muerta and Isla Tacaño where Dr. Henry Wu, voiced by BD Wong, is developing a new generation of hybrid dinosaurs. Players will confront an elevated level of chaos and threat caused by Wu’s machinations as they work alongside the doctor and discover new dig sites, facility upgrades and research opportunities.
Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu also introduces the herbivore Olorotitan and the venomous Troodon to Jurassic World Evolution, alongside three new Wu-created hybrids: the Stegoceratops, Ankylodocus and Spinoraptor. Players can progress through Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu missions to unlock new upgrades and research options that can be used throughout the Jurassic World Evolution campaign, including the Indominus Rex’s unique camouflage gene as seen in 2015’s Jurassic World.

I like the way they mention in the Ingen database that the venom is incredibly potent and causes brain death much like its previous counterpart but in game, it’s really not that potent
I know, I know, it’s for gameplay reasons but, tbh if a bite left a hadrosaur on near half health and happened much faster it would really add to its creepy nature in my opinion
It also calls is poison. Not venom. It says there is toxic bacteria in it's saliva. Therefore the whole "poisonous bite" thing is not a typo
to be fair, the venom is instantly fatal to guests.

@@OrbitalArrow not really, because Venom would have to be injected into the skin for it to do something, whereas poison soaks through skin, a good example of this is the POISON dart frog

That's a really cool feature, it makes the troodon very unique!!!

They don't actually hunt like that, oddly enough. The venom is something of an insurance policy, but they're perfectly capable of and often do simply overpower prey.

I have my own ground breaking research on the Troodon!!!!! Then Indoraptor refuses to fight it period! I have a healthy exhibit of 4 Indoraptors and 9 Troodons. The Indos bully the troodons around but absolutely refuse to even square up with the much small Dino's!!! It's freaking amazing
The Dilophosaurus should also make use of this poison function. I didn't see any of the videos covering the patch discuss any other dinosaur besides Troodon having this function.
You should do a little video showcasing all the dinosaur's sleeping animations!
German Castellanos Aquatic creatures would be super hard to do and I just don’t see them implementing any kind of breeding mechanic unfortunately
Annie Perry even if there is no breeding, in the movies a dinosaur dose not just pop out an adult. They are able to control it that’s why we have the petting zoo with the baby trikes
Musical Potato with the sizing limitations on the dinosaurs, I just thing some of the small dinosaurs would just be too small to release as babies, like the pachcycephalosaurs, the dromaeosaurs, and the diliphosaurus

If for some reason they ever add breeding (doubtful), I'd love to see the Troodon using the living nest thing they did with their victims in the game.
Troodon are venomous, not poisonous (in the game). "Venomous" and "poisonous" are not interchangeable words.

What if the venom is injected like how monitor lizards inject it(these species include the komodo dragon), when force is applied just by biting instead of how snake do it by having muscles around the venom sacks that squeeze when the snake wants them too. What im trying to say is the venom flows out into the mouth instead of the through the teeth and get into the wound
It's also not venom at all. In the InGen database it says that the Troodon has toxic bacteria in their saliva.

Loved the video/documentary and was wondering how much can these guys kill, so how big is too big (Brachiosaurus as an example) and which carnavor if any are susseptable to being poisoned
they should make it so one troodon will square up to the armoured herbivore, and if the player has multiple troodons in the exhibit, the one squaring up will be as a distraction then the other will run and bite its leg and theyll all run away

@@simp4kate_denson639 Actually, spinoraptor is treated like a large carnivore so it has kill animations for everything except sauropods and small carnivores.
This is the first time I’ve seen the JWE troodon and I have to ask, how does that look anything like a troodon?

The fallen kingdom dinos were part of a free update,you just get suchomimus,majungasaurus,styracosaurus,archeornitomimus And crichtonsaurus.

I just starting playin the Game and I really like it, but they could have added a Gene where we can control the Dinosaurs attack, like in the Movie with the Indoraptor.
I tested 14 troodons inside an enclosure with 1 rex to see if they would bite it, and over the span of half an hour they were fine. I had no feeder in the enclosure either. So troodons can't poison large carnivores :(

I love this DLC and if I didn't have the glitch that happened on my 5 star trophy, i'd hve gotten the pltinumm, in my head though, I do have it. now all I need for this to satisfy mee until they dd another dlc pac, are movie skins, namely for the raptors!

Troodons are my new favorite non-raptors.
They are actually very closely related to the dromaeosaurs. But its.. well... a troodontid. A wounding tooth boi. They even have large claws on their second toe.

They will straight up maul a dilophosaur. Even if they die, the dilo will probably give in to the poison.

Sleeping is random and dinosaurs that are oldest and have the highest rating are alphas. Creatures of the same species will follow the alpha. Ex: An alpine trike was released into its enclosure. A few minutes later, two basic trikes are released. The alpine one becomes alpha and the basic trikes will follow it around and almost mimic its actions.

Both. Troodon bites the herb, poisons it, and finishes it off. So the poison is basically useless in that kind of situation xP

No they don,t armoured dino,s are to thorny I already tried that but iv tested the new gene,s inhibitior makes dinosaur,s less stress in containment rapid response makes them more wilder animals,apparently you can add solidarity gene 0.1/0.2 and recreate it just like it was In Jurassic park 1 when it got dennis nerdy and you,'ll have yourself a mini tyrannasauriad that kill,s heddrasaur,s/mimics and interact,s with the armoured herbivores and large carnivores by this I mean lonely dinosaur,s this should be your next vid bestinslot the lonely dilphosaur you can equip this to a variety of dinosaur,s after all
