But the 10 year router on parent base has now been changed to 5 yrs? Is that not the case? So if parents got 10 year route initially should now just wait 5 years and not carry on 10 years?

@@BARILAWASSOCIATES no case...was listening to the video. And found a loop hole. As stated in my original comment ..... all 10 year parent routes have been switched to 5 year route.
Sir I was on work permit since 2012 to 2015.so I couldn't renew visa coz of Care home Blak listed. I was became illegal. Then I got visa on 2019 through my Daughter (7yrs Route) still I am with that visa.
Is possible to apply for PR ? . Or is possible to go for Any Appeal
