I’m sad Jonas wasn’t really able to get the ending he deserved. No one really talks about how tragic his life really was. He should have been a normal kid grown up gone to college maybe get married and have kids. He didn’t get to experience any of that and instead spent years trying to fix something that was unfixable and always stuck in the wrong time
I think the ending scene is best for him because He should never exist from the start so in the end everyone who born because of him just disappear and everything back to normal.
I like how they never address it but only hint at the fact that Jonas was partially driven insane by his pain and suffering… burns like that never heal and you have nerve damage pain for the rest of your life… his mental and physical suffering while feeling the existential dread of being “homeless” and unstuck in time is what made him become Adam. One can only handle so much suffering before you break and Jonas suffered more than almost anyone ever has… an endless loop of suffering, physical pain, sadness, rage, being homesick and depressed… imagine being so frustrated you could just scream and it never ends… that frustration just grows and grows as your skin feels like it’s on fire, you have no home and you watched the person you love die. You’d go insane too… I know I would. Jonas is insanely strong for having lasted so long and keeping any sanity. I would’ve given up and died long ago! Probably when I got stuck in the 1800s… I would have just given up and tried to start a life there..
this is so epic and literally feels like a movie trailer oh my god wow. i especially love the moment where the music cuts out right after the apocalypse hits magnus and franziska and all you then here is the handle adam is moving ugghhh CHILLS this was amazing!!
This is a masterpiece. It's so beautiful and well edited. Theor story is amazing and I can't believe that it ended in this way. A beautiful and tragic ending for a beautiful and tragic show. I wish I could convincr my friends to watch it but sadly, none of them are interested in it even tho I told them it's amazing. Hopefully after watching this breathtaking edit, they will change their minds and watch it.
