You have to create a folder in Beat Saber / User Data / HitSoundChanger. Call it however the sound is called. Move the sound file into that folder and call it HitSound.ogg or BadHitSound.ogg, depening on what type. If you are looking for hitsounds, check out the #other-files channel on BSMG discord. There are also whole sound packs available if you search for a bit.
