Hard to believe that the Lightning collection has been going on for almost three years now. Time flies.

Iceberg indeed. Nice look at and dangerous at the same time.
I feel they've been ironing out the wrinkles but still there are just some baffling choices.
We will see how 2022 goes.

I'm not familiar with the concept of iceberg videos. Are they supposed to get worse the farther you go down? Either way, you are certainly the steward of history and accountability for the Lightning Collection. Nice work, Josh!

It helps if you order something else with Amazon. It forces them to put your figure in a box. I ordered both the Omega Ranger a Psycho 5 together and they came in a box with no damage to either. Hope this helps in the future.

I love a good iceberg video.
I know they did appear but only in a commercial but would love to see a LC DoroDoro aka Blue Putty.
I can say I hope Hasbro does think of doing accessory sets so can get all the weapons and items fot a series that we are missing.
Man some of those unmasked heads were 🤐 and others 👌 spot on.
Like to know whats up with the Red Sentry. Seen some have now got there's and others (like myself) still waiting.

To fans. Its easy to nickpick in accuracies but for making a toy, things get left out conaidering how many people are involved.
Quite often these are such tiny paint details that with budgeting it might have got lost in translation

What I need to see is more of the retro Morphin collection with rereleases of monster of the days and some new ones like Lizzinator and Saliguana for ex.
A Tenga 2 pack? Oh no... I already have 9 of them. I wonder what could be different about the 2 pack though when they pretty much nailed the single release.
I do like that Hasbro is giving army builder packs in addition to single releases. I hope they do a single release of the Rita Putties down the line, or bring the two pack back (especially if it is at the old 29.99 price... but I doubt it)

"incorrect actor heads"? they are correct, but the reference slides are from another dimension/timeline
"two different shades of pink"? the parts aren't made in different factories, they're made in different dimensions, it's just cheaper to ship them via the stargate
"NFTs"? introduced to appease the overlords from the other dimension, they love the blockchain
There may be another price increase coming. TRU Canada just raised their price of standard Lightning Figures from 33.99 Canadian to 36.99 That's about $29 USD per figure, plus tax..
This video makes me feel very sad for you. It seems that you have spent a ridiculous amount of time researching the Lightning Collection but there is so much nit picking, expectations for import level quality on $20 figures and a distinct tone of distain in your voice that I find it hard to believe that you have any love for it what so ever. I mean why would someone make a 22 minute video telling people how bad the Lightning Collection is if they enjoyed the toys and wanted the line to continue.
I just think it's sad that you had to spend so much time on something you seem to hate.
I'm sorry you feel that way. I love this line, it just hurts me how much I care about it compared to those who make it.
@@TokuTopics I believe that you love Power Rangers, as do I, but it doesn't seem that you love the Lightning Collection.
You have really high expectations for a major toy manufacturer's 5th best selling figure line behind Star Wars, Marvel Legends, G.I.Joe and Transformers. Star Wars is my bread and butter having been a fan since it came out and there are many many inaccuracies between the figures and the source material but I don't let those small details ruin my enjoyment of what they do give us.
Maybe it is because I'm old enough to remember when we were stuck with 5 point articulation and cartoony looking face sculpts with no alternatives on the market to chose from but I really appreciate the massive amount of progress we've seen in just the past few years like digital face printing and butterfly joints. Just five years ago you would have had to chose between Bandai's crappy Legacy Collection figures and the $60 S.H.Figuarts line.
I'm not saying you shouldn't always be asking for improvement but the best way to do that is to participate in the live streams or through correspondence with the team at Hasbro. Making a video about how bad the line is will only encourage fewer people to buy it making it less likely that the line will continue.
Focus on the positive my friend. For a relatively low cost action figure line they are doing a pretty good job in my opinion.
Also, they are offering a replacement helmet for A Squad pink just like they did for Dino White.
