    What if you don't use up the 1 min to weld at 150 amps and do Stitch welds and tacks here and there will it still be the same and just added up to the minute or do we just suppose to understand that it'll cool down as we go?

      Depending on the exact duty cycle of the machine you're using, I think it's safe in general to run a bunch of tack welds and not worry about the machine overheating. With stitch welds I'd be a little more cautious, simply because I don't know how long your stitch welds need to be, how far apart, and how many, BUT, if you're being "casual" about it and taking your time between welds then yeah you can run your stitch welds and not worry about the machine overheating.
