I am not sure how for netflix, amazon prime etc. the speed gets multiplied? Only one link will get connected to netflix.. netflix etc. doesn't provide simultaneous connection to servers at their end unless you have multiple logon contract with netflix. so he may not be technically correct.
Only issue is no matter how fast your speeds are combined, the max is 100mbps... So you cant expect to connect 4 lte connections to get near gigabit speeds.

sir i have a question can i get an upgrade on download speed or get it better even though they are the same ISP .. rather than 2 of different ISP cause ive been reaserching to this router and watch video on youtube and their examples are 2 different ISP? please sir answer me i need this in may area.. so very remote area and needp some upgrade on my internet speed.. thx.. sir.. from philippines.. :)
What is a rooter, I've been doing computer Networking since 1994 and I've never heard of a rooter. Please tell me more, it sounds like it does the same thing as a router, what is the defining characteristics of a rooter. Is it better than a router or a switch, what layer of the OSI module does it operate on?

Use microtic and bond (not balancing) those multiple internet connection. And you'll get 1 stat IP also.
