    I'm not quite understanding the example at the end with Quicken Loans. From what I gather, the loan fell through BUT the Quicken Loans agent was doing a great job with notifying and status updates so despite that bad outcome, the agent still performed well. Is that correct?

      Yes. The MLO cannot control the client, they can only control their own Lead Behaviors

    The toughest part of this is getting started. getting started in appraising was easier, the door was opened for me as the appraiser training me got me the orders, this is the process as where I am learning 1st how to get people to send me loans before I've actually done a loan and in the process learn how to handle problems as I'm experiencing those problems...
