Would have been just top 4 but top 5 sounded better. 5th one could be any city really. What spots are your favs for 2025? 📸 DM me on IG: @ jake.runnels
Been living in Argentina for almost 2 years total (from Texas) and I never wanted to live in BA for a few of your reasons. So a hidden gem for full immersion and really learning the language imo is Mendoza. Córdoba is great but tons of tourists fly in to go dove hunting, check out the party scene, etc. Mendoza is super chill, with a gorgeous view of the foothills of the Andes :) Keep up the good work my friend. Great video
@@JakeRunnels Interesting, where did you stay? The tourists really only start pouring in from Dec - Feb. Anything after or before is usually quite local and very quiet. That island is just way too spread out for my liking, and too rainy. Definitely beautiful though.
argentinian citizenship is non-revocable, that’s the main drawback imo i wonder if that means that all of one’s descendants will forever be argentine citizens 🤔

The most dangerous large city in Colombia I believe. They recently made it against the law to have a MALE passenger on a motorcycle, due to the prevalence of motorcycle robberies.
Cali is consistently hot, but without a beach. Seems to be more trash randomly visible in parts of the city. Frankly, I would not choose any of the 7 largest cities in Colombia for a home anymore. I used to love Medellin, but it has changed. Smaller cities in Colombia don't attract as much crime.

@@JakeRunnels can't beat mexico for food - at least not in Latin America.
Enjoying BA right now. Going to Cordoba next week.
Cordoba's nice
Curitiba 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 that’s the city in Latin America I stayed the longest in total
You mentioned food in these videos. Have you been to Lima? Some of the best food I've ever had!
I have heard this a lot
It didn't seem like you were a huge fan of Florianopolis. Any reason why you didn't spend a lot of time there?
It’s a good spot just quite touristy
Stayed there for a while… people aren’t that nice

What are your thoughts on Cali colombia?
Not a massive fan but haven’t spent much time there tbh
