As much as i remember he didn't wanted him to make slappy , just wanted him to make shows and all to make it easy for kandu to spellbound them for sacrifice. Slappy was just a doll he brought to life for a bit and puppetmaker presented it to him as a show of his gratitude and all. He needed to get the two together to trap the magician .
Kanduu DIDN'T want Mahar to create Slappy, Mahar made Slappy for the intention of trapping Kanduu's soul in the puppet. He also intentionally made Slappy look similar to Kanduu, with similar clothes, same eye colour, and even his smile is the same. The hair colour is darker, though.
@@griffinholmes8024 This didn't happen in the original. They never covered Slappy's origins. Then again, R.L Stine has written multiple origin stories for Slappy, they're never consistent, and he does that on purpose.
@@darkpromeathean937 Omg, yes. The actor who plays him, Zack Morris, I have no issue with, but Isaiah is just sooo annoying in this episode. The way he acts all macho just because Margot is there. Dude, take it down a notch.
It makes me wonder why Kandu wanted him to create Slappy in the first place and what plans he had in store for Slappy
