I did it! As a total beginner with no seldconfidence i did it! I skipped only 2 excercises (the first plank-based one and the last one of core-part... Too much coordination for me and i have no balance for that). I feel amazing, all sweaty and amazing 😊🧡 thank you!

What amazed me is the video quality. Your Videos usually are in HD, this one is in 360p. That shouldn't be a point of criticism. I just wanted to tell you in case it wasn't on purpose and it's an upload error. Thank you for your time that you give us. You are doing a great job and I like you a lot as a trainer. ☺️
Video quality can change if your internet is lagging a bit or you have lots of stuff open on your device and you can change it back up to 1080 from the video settings. Just wanted to let you know 😊 have a nice workout

Pilates is my favorite workout and I've been following your workouts for quite some time now. Love the variety and your encouraging nature. Just one request, could you please mention with each different move which area we should be focusing on? So that we focus on activating those muscles and get the most benefit with each workout. Ok here we go again: ✅Day 1: it's 1 am I'll do it when I wake up Edit: bet y'all thought I was gone huh? Day 1 done. It might seem easy but it was a challenge. ✅Day 2: done I can't feel my arms. Now we need abs and butt ✅Day 3:had a situation and couldn't work out. I'll put a check mark when I manage to this w/o. Edit: did this on day 23 of the challenge ✅Day 4: got my period felt like poop. Will check this day when I do it. Done on July 28 yes it's been ages lol ✅Day 5: day 5 done. I felt exhausted today I baked alot of bread and cleaned up the house and ofc still on my period but I managed to workout yay. It's soo hard to get started on the mat but I always feel better after ✅Day 6 and✅ Day 7: did them both in one go. The stretching was very mild. The cardio in day7 really got my heart beating and broke a sweat. ✅Day 8: got indigestion I ain't doing this. Edit: done ❌Day9: ❌Day10: ❌Day 11: ❌Day 12; ✅Day 13: I missed a bunch of days. This one was difficult, maybe because I slacked, maybe because of my noodle arms, who knows? ✅Day 14: done ✅Day 15: done I have a weak butt lol 😭 ✅Day 16: difficult but juicy ✅Day 17: Done. I almost convinced myself to not do this, the weather is so humid 😖 ❌Day 18 ❌Day 19 ✅Day 20: sweat fest 😆 ✅Day 21: finally managed a booty workout I missed the rest and oh boy the pain and sweat. ✅Day 22: I did both 21 and 22 at the same time and I was screaming like an old lady. I also got a fitness band and with both workouts back to back I burned 204 calories (keep in mind our bodies are unique and you might burn a different amount). I'm pretty happy with my new tech 🤓 ✅Day 23: done burned 135 calories ✅Day 24: done. Middle of the night workout for me. Burned 81kcal ✅Day 25: did day 8 which I missed before while waiting for today's video (burned 136kcal). ✅Day 26: did day 25 and 26 today. I'm not feeling very well I think a cyst ruptured in my ovary 😅 taking it easy. ✅ day 27: sooo sweaty 313kcal ✅Day 28: I was a bit limp today idk why 😅. Still broke a sweat 136kcal ✅Day 29: 66kcal did it fasted so I had less energy to push and burn more
As always your workouts are wonderful. When I saw the dumbells I was very excited, I thought there will be some exercises with them. I even prepared them :D Hopefully, I can use them in the future ;) Big thanks Hannah!
Hi Jasmine, it will depend on a lot of factors. This series can also help to build muscles and strengthen your chest muscles. I’m not sure about reducing size :)
