i recently started using kimura again fought a chronos, after max stacking slowness they could throw only 5 punches before running out of stamina it was hilarious
For some reason, I feel like Kimura was made as a direct counter to Hitman style. Hitman already has slow walk speed and horrible dash, and Kimura slowing them down even more will make the Hitman user be unable to escape at all.

@@weather_reportodefinitely on purpose, but after trying to dodge like hundreds of slugger m2s I managed to perfect dodge it ONCE. You definitely need 1 millisecond perfect timing to do it
