Bally Pinball Machine troubleshooting: How to diagnose no ball serve

Good diagnostic troubleshooting for some or all coils / solenoids not working.
Make sure to HOLD THE FLIPPER BUTTONS IN DURING THIS TEST as they won't flip during the test of you don't hold the flipper buttons in.

Recently had that issue on my Eight Ball. Was a bad .100 pin, J1 on the MPU.
