    How do you spilt up your days and determine what you will do for an athlete on certain day?

      It depends on so many factors for each particular athlete. We have some college baseball guys who we put on a 5 day split hitting lower strength, upper strength, max velocity, impulse, and hypertrophy. On the other hand, we also have some youth soccer athletes coming only 2 times per week where we just focus on athleticism and strength both days. So it honestly just depends!
