Just made it for tea, I forgot to score it so the corners wouldn't curl up, maybe I got lucky but it all stayed nice and flat, it all got ate with lots of compliments so cheers gino I'll be doing it again.
When Gino started out on TV, he was clearly disliked by Antony Worrall-Thompson. AWT was on quite a few shows at that time and he even presented a couple, but he simply could not conceal his huge dislike of Gino. He would be openly critical and belittling towards him. It was sometimes uncomfortable to watch. Glad to see that Gino has come out on top in the long run.
This is a cooking show aimed at UK residents where veil is not widely available. This is also just wiener schnitzel, Austria's national dish, which is made with veil, but chicken will do. It's not 'authentic' to either dish, but any good chef will adapt their food to the ingedients that are local to the area.
Milanese must bee cooked with butter, not oil. You don't know nothing about real italian cooking tradition. being Italian does not mean knowing how to cook Italian food. watching your videos is proof
If we had a Gino in our lives we would be so happy. I’m so glad to have watched his cooking/journey .
As long as he doesn't rob your house & steal your guitars. Just ask Paul Young.
I was in Sardinia this summer loved this dish,my daughter ate it twice ..thank u for the secrets to this dish…
You are the best chef and humble person Gino. Thank you for being a good person 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

E il vitello, non il pollo.

Chicken Parm
Oh…4 to 5 mins not 45 mins…oh
Does Benito Mussolini ring a bell?
Pollo alla milanese does not exists in Italy! For the real milanese you have to use veil. Gino, you are the worst spot for italian way to eat
