@@Travvv94no the 200 is a sprint the 400 is a sprint it’s a man’s race 💯 no matter if you’re a woman in the 400 you’re a man ‼️ and I have the upmost respect for 400 runners
Former cross country kid here was also a good sprinter, maybe our track team wasn't the best, but some of us distance kids were forced to race in 400m and 200 all ran some good times against sprinters, some of us even won in events. My best friend even ran a 50 second 400m and ran a 4:14 mile maybe he was built different lol
@@AhmedAhmed-oh1uzsprinters can gain endurance easier than endurance guys can become sprinters. I always say the best way to make an 800m runner is to take a 400m runner and get them some fitness. Far better than an endurance guy trying to come down to 800m.

One thing i will never forget was my track coach say win the curve you win the race helped me get 3 college invites could’ve got that scholarship but i was class of 2020 so i didnt get to do my final year of track but i miss the 200 i was a dawg fr 😢

Simply not true. 5k is not distance anymore and definitely not 800 meters. 💯 form and technique. Hardest race in track and field is the 800 meter.
