Have you been to any motion design events that you’d recommend?
P.S. Who spotted the bloopers at the end 🐈‍⬛

Starting an event is a good idea, I did this recently here in Hamburg with a "Designer Show & Tell", and already made some great new connections and I'm looking forward to growing it next year.

I have very strong motion design knowledge and I have currently working with a marketing agency for 3 years. Also, I have learned nearly every app and technic for digital creation(from After Effects to Touch Designer nearly everything). I can't find time to create content for my portfolio and I don't like what I am creating for the agency that I work for. How can I apply for another job? I feel so stuck here.

I'll save you the effort - don't bother. If you're not already established, motion design isn't a viable career option any longer. Do something else.
