That's why I think it's mandatory to go for ingenious hunter with new items, their passives are too strong to miss out that 45% cdr

The AP cap from bonus hp was removed from psychic projector, so it is useful on full tank builds now as a last item. Say tank amumu or tank nautilus, since it gives around 140 AP or so to a lategame tank with heartsteel

You forgot to mention that psychic projector have INFINITE SCALING with HP now, ITS NOT CAPPED AT 60 ANYMORE.

lmao now u need 2k hp for 60 ap....and that's simple not possible on any ap champ even 1k hp is really hard to do and by doing that u r destroying your early to mid game, expect swain...this item is pure crap, and I would love enemies who thinks its a good item and rush hp items just to get fked really nice in the late game because now I can suggest items to my teammates to go hp based damage and since you don't any Mr and pr you gonna blast pretty quick
@@anupamraj3922 heartsteel 700 just from item let's say u get 500 with procs , and swain passive 5-600 u alreadg have more than 2k just from this, without other items, psichic give 300 also , overgrowth 300 average . Swain and vlad maybe will use this item very well

Eclipse to me feels like a 4th/5th item for bruisers or burst junglers.. when you get to the point youre not sure if you should by an offensive item, a defensive item, or GA, lets say you have Divine Sunderer, Death Stance and Ghostblade, you have damage, you have pen, you have sustain and you have the cleanse of Deaths.. with eclipse cd shielding it adds an extra safety zone for the Divine Sunderer healing procs to allow death stance to hold long enough to heal.. where other times a 1 vs 1 could be a 50/50 and 2 more basic attacks would of got the kill, then death stance healing would leave you feeling like it a safe fight all along, the eclipse could perhaps proc one or two shields during the skirmish to prolong the fight long enough for 2 more basic attacks... ultimately Eclipse fits well for champions who want prolonged fights without necessarily building defensive items, the problem is, the only champions an item like this fits on, already have sustain, healing and shielding and thus the item is completely useless.. like Mundo and Aatrox, for everything that Eclipse can potentially add to their build, their passive and ult combo is already better so youre basically using an entire item slot for stats that = less than overgrowth+grasp 😂😂
It just suck, bruiser who build it could just use divine sunderer for better stat, dmg and sustain. And assassin who need a way to deal with tank won't even build it since it better to build other items for the enemies backline or just build divine sunderer and remember to auto more
4:32 how to fix this(not all at once):
1. Remove divine sunderer like pc when they first added sundered sky >best outcome
2. Eclipse should gain alittle (around 5~7%)omni vamp >some champion will abusse the item(mainly assassin)
3. Give 10 lethality to eclipse >not even good
4. Just buff eclipse stat > might become a issue
if divine gets removed heartsteel also needs to be like in pc where its so bad mundo is the only champion building that item, the player satisfaction will just overall go down

Hey, since psychic projector no longer conflicts with dcap, could we go roa + psychic projector + dcap + riftmaker + twinguard (any armor/mr item ig) on diana? Ofc we will prolly lack haste big time so we could go the haste boots which obviously are way worse early so we can go haste boots 3rd item b4 deathcap 👀could this be a thing perhaps? obviously not optimal (might be?? idk lol) but for fun XD
It's interesting, it makes a tanky mage with is good with diana's powerful shield, but the lack of haste for diana is bad especially in the jungle, you have to take the haste rune too
The problem with roa is that because of how quick WR matches are, giving up your early game dmg potential for late game stats is almost never worth it.
I want to love roa, and build it on so many champs, but ludens or lich bane(sunfire/heartsteel for tanks) are practically necessary first items if you want to win fights and farm efficiently.
Snowballs are the way of the game here. I mean, you should never give up, but shooting for a snowball will give you the best chance of winning since sooooo many champs can one shot even bruisers if they get just a little ahead.

I like the new ap item on Amumu, with Liandrys it increases dps insane ammount while still building "full tank" plus the shield that basically becomes passively and constant... warmogs 5th... chase/try to kill amumu at your own demise 😉

Projector is a good item for Singed right?
I think eclipse would have to have some armor pen added. It fits the role of an assassin item, but all the assassin items provide you with armor pen on top of a useful passive which in turn makes them just a more viable options.
I wonder where does riot get their ideas about improvement/balancing. Like where can you make any suggestions if you can even xd
I try playing Akali with AP boots, Eclipse, Rift Maker, Sundered sky, Deathcap/lichbane, then the rest is dependent to the enemy, it's a hybrid build for tanky enemy lineup, and she does well... the only problem is the Eclipse... I really don't think it's a good item with how long its cooldown... but this is actually a fun hybrid build
I think they should rework it completely and make it like a hybrid crown/maw/stoneplate type item... where it stacks a shield (smaller scaling) based on physical damage, which is increased if multiple enemies are in range or multiple enemies land abilities, and when the shield is broken you get 3secs of reduced damage... keeping the 6 second cd for the shield itself, and not scaling the shield from ad but total hp % + % of missing health

I'd just not go Heartsteel and go Sunderer + Sky
Depending on what you're facing blade (vs more tanky people) and titanic vs squishier people with a dash of lovely amaranth to make it perfect

If u buy it for the bonus dmg, then no, bcs senna has crit on her kit and as far as i know, that item doesnt add dmg to crit auto (either from item or from pasif like senna or tryn) so if u build crit, or using senna/tryn, it doesnt increase the dmg

Hear me out, infinite shielding naut. Fimbulwinter, stoneplate, heartsteel, projector, spirit visage, and protector’s vow for items. For runes take courage and hunter, everything else don’t matter too much. Finally if you try this build make sure to go in 1v5 in the late game and see how long it takes them to kill you.
What is protectors vow. Google Shows me the Same Item AS fimbulwinter

Eclipse isn't *THAT* bad!
Riot really fumbled with Eclipse. I was really looking forward to the item being added to WR but it’s not really the BiS for anyone. Assassins lose damage on squishies while Edge of Night is a better defensive item cause of the spell shield and HP. Meanwhile bruisers have better sustain and anti-tank items anyways so the items kinda pointless.

Combination of sunderered sky and divine sunderer is unhealthy for the game.
In pc they removed divine sunderer cus it was hard to balance.

it is an on-hit effect you have to choose from, so it's not "broken", you just can't have two on-hit effects... that being said, making terminus an on-hit effect weapon making you choose between that or anti-heal is pretty dumb in my opinion.
Ravenous hydra is the same level as useless as the loyalty rune and seedjar item heck even seedjar a little bit useful. They should make it an item or just make it have the cleave passive atleast.

@@omaratris7078 The original comment was poorly written, I think they meant that the cap amount of ap you would be able to get from your max health, which was 60, is now indefinitely.
In conclusion, the cap of achievable ap from it became infinite.

Psychic Projector MUST conflict with Heartsteel
Nah, if someone builds for max health, and builds psy and deathcap, they are sacrificing enough armor/mres to warrant the added sustain and dmg of psy.
If they don't build deathcap, then the bonus ap from psy won't be absurd.
I only see it being a problem on swain, maybe vlad.
Honestly could be fun for scion, his shield scales nicely with Ap 😅. It might make a few bruisers have a pretty viable tank route, but due to the way wildrift is, one shoting is king. Playing for late game is too dangerous.

Wondering how Psyonic Projector interacts with Vlad passive
It will only happen in one circle. So imagine there will be 3 health bar and 3 ap stat. One: hp and ap from OG Vlad stat, two: hp and ap from bonus vlad passive, and three: from the item passive that gets its passive from the OG vlad passive without additional stat from this item itself get from vlad passive.
I'm trying it in practice mode and I can't figure how the calculation is made.
At lvl 15 (no meaningful runes), vlad has: 2180 hp and 0 ap
When I buy the projector, vlad has: 2566 hp and 86 ap (+ 386 hp and + 86 ap)
If I follow @Davorta's steps, step 2 is vlad with raw item bonus + vlad passive:
2180 + 300 + 60*1.2 = 2552 hp & 60 + 300*0.045 = 73.5 ap
Then step 3:
2552 hp & 73.5 + 372*0.03 = 84.66 ap
Neither of both stats match the final result.
Then if I apply the passive from the item before vlad's passive, I get 2562.8 hp & 86.226 ap.
This way I get the correct amount of AP, but not the correct amount of hp.
Edit: I have a new guess, that I shouldn't use "steps" as described but just use "base_hp", "base_ap", "bonus_hp" and "bonus_ap" that can refer to each other dinamically (I was using a spreadsheet probably the wrong way). And I have to make sure vlad's bonus is only calculated once ;_;
@@ulamgexe7442 I get exactly what your final result in-Game have, for exact it is 2565.39 HP and 86.34 AP (which is rounded to 2566 HP and 86 AP)
Vlad Passive gives him BONUS HP from all AP source other than his own Passive. But Vlad Passive CAN gives Bonus AP from Its own Bonus HP earned from his Passive, because it is considered a BONUS HP too (this is where the circle end). and then, Psychic Projector's passive (AP Gain) also Calculate these Bonus HP from Vlad Passive EXCEPT the Bonus HP it would get from calculating AP gain from Psychic Projector itself (if this is possible your Smartphone will soon become Blackhole).
So, in conclusion from your scenario, Vlad Passive gets him
#1: 2 Proc of HP gain (From Psychic Projector's AP stat + Psychic Projector Passive's AP gain) and,
#2: 3 Proc of AP gain (from Psychic Projector's HP stat + his HP Passive gain from calculating Psychic Projector's AP Stat + his HP Passive gain from calculating Psychic Projector *Passive's* AP gain
combining all bonuses from 2 HP proc and 3 AP proc passive + Psychic Projector base stat and Passive gain you get those number.
When these changes will come?

Divine should eigher get deleted or heavely buff Eclipse but give it spellblade passive (not 1:1 but make it's 2hit passive have spellblade tag) so I won't see eclipse divine sky builds

I'll say it again. The Items in wild rift so far are awkward. there needs to be more anti-heal options for AD besides mortal reminder (you might not need crit) or chempunk which isn't great for every build either. if I want anti-heal and sundered sky it doesn't make sense to go mortal reminder because sundered sky makes having ANY other crit item awkward and not optimal. The eclipse doesn't make much sense, but now it's new so you'll see everyone with it like platinum varus' and akali... (maybe those were trolls) still. they don't have an excuse for there not being more items to be able to choose from.
