I've learnt parasites are responsible for a leaky gut and any skin issues from eczemas, psoriasis, rosacea, acne etc. Detoxing and eliminating them out is simply what helps the the skin to heal. The process takes time but healing is guaranteed. On the start of detox you will have a little more breakouts on the skin, headaches, dizzy spells, feel lightheaded and nauseous. It just means the the parasites are dying and are being eliminating with all the toxins. A change of diet is strongly required to assist in healing internally and externally. More greens, fruits and vegetables, water, coconut water, juicing, smoothies. No gluten, dairy, spices, hot peppers, nothing sweet as well and no salt snacks. This diet changing will be very hard for me since we use aaaallot of spices in Indian cuisine. The food without addings taste different now but I'll keep on doing it for as long as possible
Parasites? Other research papers say one million other things. I wouldn't estate a diet based on one thing. For example it is thought that gluten activates done Process that affects the right junctions in the intestines. And Leaky gut it is not a thing. Guts are supposed to be leaky, that's how nutrients pass through. And the reason doctors don't take people seriously. Increased intestinal permeability makes more sense.

I also developed eczema on my hand when I was dealing with a very stressful family situation. My mother was in a coma for a month and we thought we were going to lose her. I didn't notice the patch of eczema until afterwards. I had been subconciously scratching my right knuckle like an anxious tick. I hadn't had any eczema on my body for years since I was a teen. Stress is a very real part of this and sadly still hard to relieve.
@Dev Shah I have bought too many creams that have not worked. Especially with mushrooms I don’t trust companies putting enough of an extract. Chaga is sacred in many cultures so I can’t imagine who is making it without destroying its ecosystem unless you have a suggestion?

FISH OIL daily works. I almost died from a case of it when I was an infant. I had it for most of my youth then in 1990 I read an article in Prevention magazine about psoriasis and fish oil. I then decided, even though I didn't have psoriasis, that I should try it for my eczema. At that time, I had it all up and down the sides of my body. Very severe. After taking the fish oil, it all slowly but surely disappeared over a few months' time. P.S. Don't stop taking it.

@@chikleonor I take 2 Fish Oil 1200 mg capsules a day. Also, Cod Liver oil capsules. Any brands, but Solgar is good. Also, Puritan's Pride is reasonably priced.

The vitamin a helps the keratin in the skin layer & vitamin D acts like a steroid naturally in the fish oil
I've went to the vitamine store recently and they recommend my Lactoferrine, it includes Vitamine C and Zinc. If I don't see improvement after these capsules I'll switch to fish oil. I have read that certain fish are beneficial for eczema skin
The eczema on my leg is about 90 percent better after I stopped eating peanut butter on my wheat toast.
Later I found out that I am highly allergic to peanuts and wheat among other foods. I took a food sensitivity test.
I do suffer from constipation, so this ties in with it…

Only one suggestion -
The detox for adults may be too strong for older ones and those that have been weakened by disease.
It would be better for them to take the one for children because it's milder to their system.
The one for adults may be too strong and cause to much of a crisis to an older or a weakened person's body.

Lavender oil and Chamomile Romane mixed with 20 ml of base oil is a great remedy .
I advised a young lady at my local grocers who had very bad Psoriasis on both of her arms .
She used this every day and it cleared up completely she applied it directly and also poured some in her bath .
I saw her a month later and she gave me a hug because she was so grateful .
She had taken prescription drugs from the doctor and had tried all sorts of creams which didn’t work.
The lavender eases the itching and heals the skin and the Chamomile Romane fights the infection .
A Keto diet cures a lot of skin issues .
Our skin being our largest organ is a reflection of what’s going on internally , to much sugar , carbs , eating fast or processed food and alcohol and smoking and stress all effect our skin .

@@irinasmelikova8064 I add 6 drops of lavender and two to four drops of Chamomile Romane to 20ml of base oil also add some carrot oil.

I was actually thinking of starting a cleanse next month since ive had various issues like anxiety, fatigue and i also get itchy /burning flared up eyelid and a patch on my arm every once in a while and yes i think it has alot to do with stress and toxins from environmental as well as a bad diet. I don't know if I've heard a more honest, sincere, and helpful health video than this one. Complete enough to be worthy of hearing but not so long that it wasted my time. I just developed some serious excema and yes it's due to being in great distress for too long. PLUS, I am SURE I need the cleanse and change my diet. Great job on the video.😁🙏
I tried another more affordable yet drastic way, it's called "intermittent fasting' it worked magically well. I started fasting 2 thirds of the day and when I eat, it's all plant based.
Then I started pushing it even harder when I fasted for 20 straight hours. (Now working on 36 straight fasting hours water only fasting)
First time in my life when I feel I'm liberated from all those internal and external illnesses.

Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooo…… much!!!! I tried this and it worked!!!! My whole body from my neck down was covered in psoriasis. I’m saying my whole body was covered… COVERED!!! After only 4 weeks of taking only the Intestinal formula #1 my psoriasis is almost completely gone. It took me 4 weeks because i had to keep stoping and starting because my mom was in the hospital. The first time I started I took one serving of the formula #2 but I am starting that today hoping the rest will disappear. I also am using Ultravate prescription cream and I have done 2 sessions of prescription light therapy only because it is winter here in Canada so I can’t lay out in the sun. I also did one regular tanning session at a tanning salon. But the cleanse was what got rid of 80% of my psoriasis. Superb and simple remedy,its the lifestyle which says it all and there is a saying in Sanskrit which goes like... what you eat reflects on your body...and the stress also plays a role...and to top it all the biblical proverb which goes...a tree is known by its fruit... though it's a metaphor...we can set the parallelism in physical domain as well as the spiritual too... regards
I used white inside of banana peel to cured line. Took me about 6 months but it worked
What do u mean
apple cider vinegar capsules 3/day , probiotics, vitamin D3 , cod liver oil/fish oil, fiber drink, minimize carbonated drinks and plenty of water and less stress worked for me just less than a week. I used to itch a lot at night and have red dry patches near groin area and legs. Patches are still there but i no longer suffer like before and it started to clear a bit now.

I take probiotics, vitamin D3, fish oils & now I’m taking a supplement that has marine complex peptides & I have noticed that just by adding fish oil to my routine & the Marine complex peptide (collagen) the itch and desperation for relief has really decreased tremendously. Also my acne cleared up but I recently had a break out when I started taking the marine complex peptides which I found was a normal reaction that people get when they first start taking it. Praying this too helps my eczema. 🤞
@@jessicarunfola a lot of people has sworn on carnivore and keto diet to have cleared up psoriasis and eczema and other skin issues. i no longer itch since my last post and i'm starting to transition to that way of eating plus intermittent fasting. Purchased some grass fed beef yesterday. Also try to spend more time outdoors in the sun. Wishing us all luck!
@@jhowie thank you for the advice! It is certainly helpful. I will pass that info onto my sister too. She deals with severe plaque psoriasis. It’s all over her body. I looked into the carnivore and keto diet & I know she has done keto in the past & says it helped her but didn’t take it away. Sounds like the carnivore diet would be a great way to start a process of elimination to see what foods are causing her bad flare ups. I personally think my eczema came back after 25 years do to stress from a surgery I had a year ago. I also suffer from endometriosis which is another hormone based disease. Nothing seemed to slow down my ezcema except going on the carnavor diet.
Mine came just the one time, when I was overdoing my bike riding in the extreme heat.

I should have said fasting helps and water too.
What greatly helped me was to stop using shower and hand gel containing Sodium Lauren Sulphate (SLS) which is a skin irritant. That btw was the recommendation of the British Eczema Society’s dermatologist. My skin is much improved, is much smoother and I experience much less itching than before.

Mine appears to be from a milk allergy.
It appears all over my scalp.
It disappears within days and a few daily shampoos to get existing flakes off.
Then it never appears again until I have anything with dairy in it for long periods of time

Echinacea works very well! I was getting bad flare ups and this actually got rid of all the rashes. I believe it needs to be handled internally more than topically. I also eat extremely well..all organic. Certain herbs can also trigger Eczema unfortunately. It can be just a matter of weeding out certain things in your diet you may be reacting to.
So how many tubs of #1 and #2 do I need to complete this 5 day course? I have a leaky gut which is the cause of SO many physical problems I have. Please answer this ASAP, I must get started in a couple of days.

Leaky gut is caused by grains - ALL GRAINS, not just wheat , barley, Rye and oats! also use slippery elm to coat the lining of the gut. Grains are an absolute catastrophe because there is no one who can digest them properly.

I used only calamansi on my ecsema. I always rub it until my ecsema was gone. Thank God. Try it. If its itchy just rub calamansi.
