DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG FLASH DRIVE PLEASE!! Any flash drive will work. This guy came with a great solution for the problem and there’s the frustration that Samsung will get a piece of your money one way or another bc you have to buy the flash drive. However what he doesn’t mention is that any flash drive will work. Great video, just make sure you don’t spend more money that you have to. My $2 Walmart flash drive did the trick

Did you order a Samsung specific flash drive? Asking because I used SanDisk flash drive and it isn't working. TV sees it, but I am unable to move apps to it.

Netflix already installed under TV internal memory. Now auto updates is not possible due to low memory. Its not even allow me to uninstall built up app which keepa increasing my internal memory. TV is now scape for me because deliberate they made customer life hell by providing low memory in high cost

There are a handful such as Netflix and ESPN as well as the E- manual, take up a lot of space but Seem impossible to delete. I found some information about going into developers mode but when highlighting the app does not give me the option they indicate I should get, (Deep test link) I think it was but I don’t see that. I bought some new tvs, set them up and installed some Mohu Leaf antennas. Everything is working great. But ran across your video and just need a little more info about the storage issue. Thanks!

I did a factory reset on mine and it is still not working. I deleted the apps and everything. When I click on the app and click install the option to install it to the USB doesn’t even pop up it just continues to download to my tv. I’ve tried everything.

so my Samsung LED smart TV is about eight years old. Seven or eight. For quite some time now I’ve been dealing with that damn lag or hesitation mostly when I am in UA-cam and trying to navigate to different videos. It lags like hell when I press the return button that takes me back to where I was previously. And particularly lags when I am punching in text to do a search for a certain video. I’ve bought two new remotes and while it may improve the response time a little bit, other problems will appear, such as with this latest remote I bought it will do everything for the most part but it will not power off my TV😂🤦🏻♂️😂. I have also tried to follow a number of these kinds of videos to find where I need to go in the TV settings to clear ram or cache But for some reason my menu is different and I have been through it and through it, up and down multiple multiple times and I can find no place whatsoever where it will clear memory or cache. Soooo weird…
I have a question! I was in a divorce and my Samsung smart TV is signed in under her name and account. I can’t load Amazon prime movies or Redbox on demand. Any ideas? Plus I had this problem. I’ll order a flash drive today.! Thanks
