Malaysians don't use f word. Maybe just from someone that is very influenced by western culture from social media or music. But Malaysians do have curse words. But I find Malay adult Muslims mostly don't curse. We are taught from young age to mind our language or get scolded. Even to call someone a fool is difficult for me.

I respect people’s view on the matter but I believe Muslims living in western countries should stay where they are. This is one of the ways to introduce Islam to non-Muslims and also to defend Islam and Muslims from Islamophobia. If you were born there or your parents had emigrated there, it is because of a reason that Allah knows. For me, doing this kind of stuff or what you call “Hijrah” has no meaning unless you are financially unstable and you look for opportunities elsewhere. There is lots to say here about this but .....

@@OptimizedMuslim Yes I am Muslim Sir. I feel that the responsibility of every Muslim living in the West is to glorify Allah SWT and to sacrifice himself and belongings to the cause of Allah. Please don’t get me wrong when I mention about sacrifice because some will straight away think about violence. Islam is a peaceful religion and to sacrifice anything we can, we do it through patience. We keep our composure and patience because during our mission we will be hated and we will be exposed to all kind of mistreatment and so forth… Just let us think about our converted brothers and sisters and the daily struggle they go through in their own country being chased from their family homes and work as well. Shouldn’t we learn from them? How can we fulfil our obligation of defending Islam by making “Hijrah”? If everyone flee the scene, who will fight legally about Muslim rights in the West? Who will fight for our mothers and sisters right to wear Hijab? What benefit will Hijrah bring to us? So sorry to say this but I see Hijrah as quitting the field of battle as a loser unless you move to a Muslim country because someone cant survive in the west due to the luck of opportunities and then in this case we should not call this Hijrah.

In my humble opinion, hijrah is to be performed from a Muslim country to a non Muslim country and not vice versa. We were created to serve Allah the best way we can and we can do it by passing the message of Islam directly to a non Muslim in their own country. Long ago Muslims spread Islam in many part of the world by moving to these places, introducing Islam and making it accepted among other nations through good conduct and amazing Islamic manners. Dear brother, if you are encouraging and promoting this Hijrah from a non Muslim country to a Muslim one then your message is misleading unless there are other solid reasons for doing so. Migrating to a Muslim country under the pretext of strengthening the Iman of the person is not true. These people are looking for the comfort zone where life is easier compared to the west. You have halal food within reach, mosques near home, Eid is celebrated widely in the country and so on. Muslims were created to sweat and work hard to defend Islam and to spread the religion everywhere in this world and we can do it by sticking in places where Muslims are a minority and where Islam is portrayed badly by western media. Moving to a Muslim country to enjoy life and call it a Hijrah is a joke and we should stop this to continue. Everyone is free to do whatever he wants to do but please stop misleading people because many of them are naïve. Thank you

You've got a point there, I do admire the spirit of dakwah by our brothers and sisters in Muslims minority countries. We are still babies in that field and most Muslims here quite afraid of mentioning about Islam due to the ingrained 'sensitive issue' mind we had. But still good manner and conduct can also be considered as dakwah, right? Though quite a weak attempt at it.
But my understanding is that hijrah is to a place where you can peacefully practice Islam and purposely moving to a country governed by non-muslims are not allowed because we can't trust that they won't change policies like India and France are doing nowadays. Please, I do want to hear where this topic is going...

Many in America and other different countries embrace Islam through him among them wife, sister and mother. When I see people migrating to a Muslim country to claim they doing it to serve Allah then I also got speechless. Today on Alquds e-news portal, I read an article in Arabic and I translated it into English as below:
“The English club Blackburn Rovers said that it provided a Masjid for its Muslim fans to perform the Maghrib prayer, in the team's meeting with its counterpart Hartlepool United, today, Wednesday, in the first round of the English League competition.
Blackburn issued an official statement to announce the provision of a Masjid for Muslim fans in the team's match with Hartlepool United, as the match date contradicts the timing of the Maghrib prayer.
The English club explained, through the statement, that worshipers can inquire about the location of the prayer hall in the stadium, to perform prayer throughout the current season.
Blackburn had previously opened its stadium for Muslims to perform the Eid al-Adha prayer, before reversing this decision due to bad weather, allocating a side garden to the stadium for prayer.”
I know through undeniable facts that in some Muslim countries, people with beard who are devoted practicing Muslims rarely missing to perform their prayers in the Masjid especially Subuh prayer are monitored closely by secret police. At times they are brought to police station for interrogation and frequently they are subject to intimidation and harassment. From what I can see, nowadays practicing your religion in the west is much easier than in a so called Muslim country. Therefore, performing Hijrah is to be done from a Muslim country to a non-Muslim country.

Near my place there is a big hospital and one of my friends works there as a doctor. Due to luck of a place to perform prayers, my friend requested from hospital management to provide Muslim employees with a room so they wouldn’t miss to perform their prayers on time. Within few days the management apologized explaining they couldn’t allocate any space due to luck of rooms. However, they proposed if it is ok with them to check with Hospital Chapel and discuss if they can allow Muslim employees to use the Chapel at least to perform Friday prayers. Alhamdullilah deal agreed and I myself attended my prayer there. I do practice my religion freely in the West and I feel like I can’t do that the same way in a Muslim country. I am not sure why do you argue about this? Everybody knows it is a fact that it cannot be denied.

But one thing for sure. We malaysians already have our own culture and way of life. We just hope our brothers can learn the way of life in Malaysia based on our culture. There are some problem we have here regarding with other muslim brothers from Bangladesh, Myanmar and africans. Many of them cause trouble to our society and tarnish the image of Islam. Cleanliness and rudeness are the main issue we face here from those foreigners. Im sorry and don't mean to generalized group of people but many have shown such regretted attitude.

Dr Zakir Naik received 12-14 invitations from many countries for him to stay but he chose Malaysia. Here's why Dr Zakir Naik chose Malaysia to stay and live:
    1. Malaysia is away from warzone because many muslims countries are in warzone especially the gulf countries
    2. Away from or at least has little influence from the wrong/bad influences of the western countries
    3. Malaysia is a country which has the strongest passport among the muslims countries. A Malaysian can travel to 185 countries without any visa strongest passport among the muslims countries.
    4. Amongst the non-Arab muslims countries according to him an average malaysian is a more practicing muslims than any non-Arabs muslims.
    5. The federal religion of Malaysia is Islam.

@@OptimizedMuslim I must preface this response by stating I have a Malaysian Muslim wife. We have gone back to visit Malaysia many times and this past trip was one of many. There was something special about this one. Yes, I felt the difference in my imaan when I was walking to the masjid 2 blocks away for fajr every morning. Yes, I enjoyed the ease of making salaat anywhere due to access to a musala (Surau) in every mall. Yes, I enjoyed eating Burger King and McDonalds (Which taste like the McD’s I grew up with when it used to be good in the States) and having the luxury to eat everything off the menu. Yes, the local food is clean and safe to eat, even from street venders. Yes, the people made me feel comfortable with the salaams given and received by random Muslims on the streets. Yes, I feel at ease when the police won’t harass a 6 feet talk African American man for walking on the streets. Yes, I never feel my life is in danger when I see the police. Yes, the traffic is heavy, but I used Grab (like Uber) and paid less then 3 US dollars per trip to get about anywhere in the city. Yes, I stayed in in 4 star hotels with directions to the Kiblah on the sealing where I can hear the Adhan from the Masjid 3 blocks away. Yes, the hotels didn’t serve any alcohol. Yes, I always have those experiences when I go to Malaysia. The difference this time was that I was able to experience working remote in Malaysia. I was able to see how I can live my life as an IT worker and the ease that I would have while working for a US company in the US but residing in Malaysia. I saw the opportunity that if you have some motivation to make it happen, you can start a business in Malaysia as a foreigner and make a life of it. I saw how life for a Muslim coming from a western background is a huge transition for such a Muslim, but it not a very difficult or uncomfortable. I saw how the Malaysian people have a nature and culture that allow others to come and live amongst them. If you are respectful and mindful that you are guest in their country, you can see the blessings in your hijrah.

@@OptimizedMuslim there are some movements which mainly pioneered by lawyers under the disguise of human rights on issues like hijab wearing, or the conversion of minors to islam, and recently the same group defending the right of this one comedian, sadly a muslimah, to make fun of her own religion. This movement also related tightly with certain political parties here..but of course they will not announced it publicly although it is too obvious. Still, all of these stories are being sensationalized in the news and soc meds, which are also highly stained with political motives. As with any country in the world, you don't really know a place until you've lived there for a considerable amount of time. There's so much to love about Malaysia, but at the same time it has a lot of faults. I find that it always takes tourists to remind Malaysians of how wonderful their country is. But it is also needed of Malaysians to bring them back to reality and remind them that there is no utopian country and that there are many issues that lie deep in the country which needs addressing, but will never get addressed because of those in governance. Corruption is rife, money talks. Pre pandemic, Malaysia had one of the easiest long term visa programs to go for, MM2H. Now, you'd have to look into how many criteria have changed.

Stumble upon this video. Let us please take a look at following situation: A brother born and raised in a Muslim country saved an important amount of money after 3 decades of hard work. He planned to invest his money by setting up a company not just to make a profit for himself but also to hire young people and help them start new family. The issue he encountered was enormous than he expected as he had to go through different departments and every department has its own division and each division requires different forms. The issue doesn’t lie only in bureaucracy but also corruption as he is forced to pay bribe in every corner. As our brother is a practicing Muslim he categorically refused to give bribe, therefore his application became sluggish. When he complained about the situation, he was given different pretexts and excuses. Sadly our brother lost hope and withdrew his application after a long time waiting. One year later, he packed his luggage, transferred his money to a western country and applied for long term business visa. Not only he set up his company smoothly in a record time but prior to that he was offered free consultancy and brief training on business management. Our brother managed to settle down successfully in the Land of Kuffar without breaking the Islamic law but unfortunately he failed to complete that in the land of Islam. If we take a look at the list of the most corrupted countries in the world, with no surprise we will find that Muslim countries are topping the list. If we check the list of the most transparent countries/least corrupted countries in the world we will find the land of kuffar topping the list; Denmark 1st followed by Finland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Sweden. The first least corrupt Muslim country is UAE standing in 24th position. Same goes for quality of life index and so on.
During the era of our Messenger (ص), Hijrah was completed to land of Islam where Shariah was applied. As a consequence, justice system played its full role in safeguarding Muslims rights. Now, some people are advocating Hijrah claiming they want to revive Sunnah of Nabi (ص) by encouraging immigration from non-Muslim countries thinking their children will be raised according to Islamic teachings. Parents can try but the environment is harsh and it is more or less the same as in the west. Constitution of many Muslim countries states that Islam is the religion of the country but actually it is secular. You will find Haram everywhere, worse; in some countries faithful and practicing Muslims are monitored closely and they get intimidated constantly. You can’t in anyway do Dawah especially to criticize the governing body for misuse of power and injustice. If you can’t do Dawah in Muslim country then Mr. “Optimized Muslim”, how could you play an important role in order to contribute to the prosperity of the Muslim society? Isn’t our mission as Muslims is to advocate good and forbid evil? I am not saying practicing Islam in the west is easy but I strongly believe challenges are at the same level in both sides and if you are unable to adhere to Islamic teachings in the west then chances you will fail in a Muslim country is undeniable.
I would be so grateful to you if you can enlighten me.

Salam Alaikum. I have been searching for ways to make Hijra and live in Malaysia Insha’Allah. Unfortunately there isn’t a clear step by step guide on how someone can simply reside in Malaysia without having a work permit or investing in Malaysia. I understand Malaysia has 90 days free entry. I would like to stay in Malaysia for at least 1 year before deciding to live there for good. How can I make this possible with the 90 days visa? I found that there is a Visa-Run method which allows me to extend my stay by leaving Malaysia and re-entering the country however, i was told upon entering they might refuse you a visa. Lastly, how does someone rent a property in Malaysia with the 90 days visa. (I have intentions to stay there for 1 year minimum before deciding to move there for good) renting is the cheaper option then hotels and Airbnb. So how would I convince agencies to allow me to rent with this short visa ? Please make videos on these topics. It would really help many people. I been up all night searching and searching and still nothing that is clear is available online. Most of the videos regarding Malaysia visa on UA-cam are Urdu or Hindi language. (Btw I live in London)

GOOD OR BAD VERY MUCH DEPENDS ON UR PRIORITIES. WE HAVE OUR GOOD POINTS AND WE TOO HAVE PROBLEMS OF OUR OWN. 1 OR 2 OF THEM WE CAN NOT SOLVE THEM OR YET TO DO SO. THERE IS NO BED OF ROSES HERE BUT COMPARATIVELY WE ARE OK.

Malaysia is great but has to seriously deal with issues of corruption, inefficient government, and racism. If not it will be fantastic!

Many malaysian are fighting on this. We changed the gov, but there are setbacks. It takes time, slowly but surely I hope Malaysia will be reformed.

when a government catches too many "corrupted" people.. that government is viewed as a failure.. but, the corrupted people are already inside the government from previous leadership. But because no action was taken previously, his government was labeled as clean... 😅
Do you think current Malaysia is better than 2017? Mahathir said, our debt now at 1.5 trillion dollars while 2017 is about 600billion dollars.

Who is prosecuting, jailing, terrorising and even killing Muslim preachers in Saudi, Egypt, UAE, Soudan and other Muslim countries? Does this happen in the land of polytheism or the land of monotheism? Do you want names of Muslim preachers who suffered while performing Dawah in their own Muslim country or you already know about it but you act as deaf and blind? Preacher Yusuf Estes, Cheick Yusuf Hamzah are Native American citizens making Dawah in USA and different part of the world. Have you ever heard that they complained about harassment or being chased by system of their country just because they are preaching Islam? In many Muslim countries you can’t perform Dawah by speaking about injustice and pointing your finger to rulers who failed to apply Shariah. Can you do that freely without being subject to prosecution? If you are honest then your answer would be negative. Hence why you need to misinform people about Hijrah to countries where Muslim preachers are mistreated? Do you want me to give you names of people in the west living in harmony as Muslims and as successful businessmen? Do you want names of Muslim politicians holding sensitive responsibilities in government and agencies? Who is defending Palestinian cause in USA, isn’t congresswomen the American-Palestian Rachida Talib and American-Somali Ilhan Omar? I am amazed to see that now days; Muslim women are mightier and braver than men! Please do your so called Hijrah but stop misinforming people because tomorrow you will be judged for misleading them. May Allah show you the right path.

Emmm. From my experience, I don't have that many people around me who loves to talk about Islam. I met a lot of people that was born Muslims, but ended up not practising it. Even myself, I feel really awkward and shy to talk about Islam to other Muslims/non-Muslims.

Allah swt is always available to exist before the big bang (refer to Prof Darwin - but Prof Darwin said that existence is a big bang for Islam to exist there is no beginning)
Then born human fusion of various endowed intellect them realized the leadership of Adam - Ibrahim - Isa alaihissalam - also Adam - Ibrahim - Muhammad saw the last Al -Mahdi.
When all mankind in brotherhood have no burden peace in mind with permission long live will be extended to the endless afterlife.
Speakers of peace have to be one by one and there is no compulsion, just the mind to think right or wrong.
