I’m tired of these free loaders. These people come from all over the country to California to get free stuff meanwhile taxpayers are paying for everything.
Yes, they need to leave California if they dislike anti encampments policy. They want to stay because police will not arrest them for doing drugs on public streets
The research shows that they are home grown 80 to 85% of them at least. So stop with that tired trope. But yes California needs to do something to deal with the problem. Throwing money in it isn't fixing it.
Regarding HOMELESS: Most people R not homeless becuz rent is 2 high. It might play a part but it's not the main reason. They R homeless becuz: 1. They never took their school serious as a youth. 2. Yep. The whole world knows how progressive SF is and how they give away everything for free in the name of "empathy". Even if it continues to destroy the drug abuser. Unbelievable how backwards SF is.
There are two options for people from Alaska. 1. A one way flight home that takes off from SFO with said passenger but never lands with said passenger. OR 2. A ferry departs from San Francisco with said passenger but arrives without said passenger. Either way the Pacific gains more fish food and we lose a tax liability mooch.
This is why I have always said, homelessness is a FEDERAL issue. People will always debate with me other this. But it needs to be dealt with in the communities where people become homeless, funded by the fed since local municipalities can't afford to address it. Divide and conquer the problem. Now, we have a few cities that deal with most of the homeless. Everyone will say cities should just be tough on them. It doesn't really solve the problem either, because if everyone took this approach, they have no where to go, nothing gets better. I'm not saying people shouldn't go to jail if they refuse help, 100% they should. The fed needs to create and fund a program that cities are to carry out, offer communal living tiny homes, rehab, or jail. No exceptions. They can decide.
They told us. It's not about the homeless at this point, it's about throwing the advocates in prison instead. That's the next step to solving this crisis.
Amerikkka is a lost cause at this point. The Constitution has already been neutralized by the SCOTUS. democracy and the rule of law ends on Jan 20, 2025
I can guarantee this poet scholar and others have active warrant out for their arrest and that is why she hide her face so law enforcement can not recognize her. There are a lot of them on our streets in SF
If California for homeless are such a hard life and difficult , why so many homeless keeps coming to SF and LA? They are free to leave California and residents who work and pay taxes will not miss them. Get out of California if you do not like anti- encampment policy
@jv-lk7bc failed? Liberal policies have enabled landlords to raise prices.. small landlords have difficulty affording to get in compliance..point is every new liberal housing policy will increase the rent this to offset cost of compliance.
Not anymore with this post pandemic revenue model economy......productive regular law abiding tax paying working class ppl are poor and being squeezed.......not enuff money coming in now to trickle down to them now...they needa get productive if wanna survive...😅😅😅😢
The city of SF would be better off providing an alternative further inland, where land is cheap, and the cost of living is lower. Either that, or Newsom should open up his lawn and mansion to take these folks in.
How many of the homeless came from other places than SF in the last 10 years? Many were homeless from other states that doesn’t provide handouts. SF has, which why many homeless comes to SF.
I live in the Tenderloin. These people don't want to work nor use the shelters because they want to stay on the streets and get high. Let's be honest San Francisco sleep deprivation causes mental issues.
All good, it'll be temporary. Santa and his workers are ready to provide them with permanent housing, food, you name it. A bit crampy, but very, very safe.
They want to steal and do drugs on streets without police interference. California would be a perfect place because this is a lawless state which is well known to this country
They don't contribute anything to society and yet they expect society to contribute to them. If you don't care enough about your situation to do anything to change it, don't expect me to. Im busy trying to better my situation. Even their "protest" is lazy. They're doing nothing, which is what they always do, just in a different location. Great idea.

Free money, free drugs, free rent for private apartments. No responsibilities. That is how you get rid of homelessness.

The first dude came from Alaska? So is this why homelessness here never gets better? More people just keep coming until we run out of resources?

California should care for the homeless from California, not freeloaders
@@whoknowswhocares885 I’d go further to say San Francisco should help homeless from San Francisco not outside lol
If these people don't want to enter rehab, send them to jail...........enough is enough 💯

The people did. They voted for TRUMP.

nah free country they want u to work to pay taxes for waht military to keep giving to rich nope

If you move to a new city without a job or a place to stay you only have yourself to blame.
But "I WANNA LIVE IN CALIFORNIA !!" Isn't my God-given right to live wherever I want, even if I cant afford it ??!!!
Yes, refugees are always to blame, aren't they?
1:57 was the lady surprised that she was asked to leave? Make an effort to earn money and provide yourself with housing. ❤
I can guarantee this poet scholar and others have active warrant out for their arrest and that is why she hide her face so law enforcement can not recognize her. There are a lot of them on our streets in SF
when the rents tripple and wages don't, effort no longer matters.

Didn't the Anti encampment bill/prop just pass? So why are they there? The police aren't doing their jobs. Smh
and go where to the other states that made homelessness illegal
San Francisco's liberal progressive policies and defund the police have been catastrophic and caused much suffering
Huh?
greedy landlords have been catastrophic and caused much suffering.
true, San Francisco's polices, liberal and otherwise, failed to stop them.

Ya, it’s pretty visible to everyone all right.

Democrat Utopia….
Hate crime. Cause if you want drugs, you ask a homeless person. Especially if it's a large camp. You want your kids to have an easy access to drugs?
srsly?
Homeless vs. illegal migrants. Who gets the help first?
The latter. It's a no brainer.
illegal migrants are the ones building the housing.
These people don't even work. Smh
Everyone protesting sweeps should immediately be charged and sentenced to housing these people and banned from virtue signaling
I don't have money to just do drugs and live in Alaska, let's move to the most expensive city and try to use empathy
Get clean or go to jail ? Good luck
