  • Imagine yourself on a mountain, camping under the twinkling stars. The sound of the crackling fire calms your mind, and you feel yourself become deeply relaxed as you listen to the distant elk in the valley below.
A one hour bilateral music therapy session featuring elk sounds from Yellowstone National Park. The music is calm and relaxing. Instruments include piano, strings, flute, electric piano, harp, and more.
Bilateral therapy is used to treat anxiety, PTSD, restlessness. Use it to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, or meditate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
d(-_-)b Remember to wear headphones while listening to get the full effect of bilateral stimulation!
**We never allow ads in the middle of a video. We want you to be able to fully immerse yourself in a session without unnecessary distractions.

This music feels like a balm for my overloaded nervous system at the end of the day. I could cry at the feeling of relief that floods my chest when I pop my AirPods in and start listening to this. Thank you for helping me to care for myself and consequently my loved ones at the end of the crazy days ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏻

Beautiful, elk bugles are music to my ears already. Add in the other sounds and layers and it's a masterpiece

This is amazing. I live in Bozeman, MT - very close to the park - and this reminds me of the many magical times I’ve been there. Thank you so much 💙🏔️✨

I like hearing the fire....in fact I'd like to hear a bilateral recording that has ONLY the fire (well, the elks are good too...just love more natural sounds...). But this is very helpful to me- with PTSD. Thank you so much.

Thanks for the suggestion! That's a good idea. It's been a while since I've posted some soundscapes. Were you wanting only a soundscape, or a soundscape with a bilateral beat?

@@DestinedDynamics Oh...is the it only the music that is bilateral? I guess I don't understand the process... Is it possible to make just a campfire + elks recording that is bilateral? Thanks for your reply.

💗 It's beautiful, thank you so much for creating it. One without the fire I think it will work too very well, because the music is so beautiful and uplifting!!!! Is there any audio where we can hear the music? Thank you again for your work and sharing with the world :)💗
PD: Bilateral and Binaural are the same or they have differences? Thank you for your answer!!!! 💗💗💗💗

I'm so sorry I didn't see this sooner! Thank you for the nice comment. I think taking the fire out is a great idea. I'll see if I can get that posted soon : )
Binaural is different than bilateral. With binaural you're hearing two frequencies, one panned hard-right and the other hard-left, which creates an auditory illusion that you're hearing the frequency between the two. For example, if I had 250 Hz panned left and 245 Hz panned right then it would create the illusion that I was hearing a 5 Hz theta wave. So binaural basically allows you to hear frequencies that are lower than the human ear can process (we process around 20 Hz - 20 kHz).
Hope that answers your question! Let me know if you have any other questions or music requests

I'm curious why is there a crackling sound in some of your videos?

Some of my videos have nature sounds (rain, creek, birds, waves). There are many reasons why I do this, but put simply I do it to create a more natural and relaxing atmosphere. This one has the sound of a crackling fire, elk, and other sounds you'd hear if you were camped on a mountain in Yellowstone.
      Thanks for the great question!
