Relaxing Bilateral Stim Music | 1 Hour for Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, Sleep 🎧 A Drop in Time
- This bilateral stim session lasts for one hour, and has a bilateral beat running at 75 BPM. Bilateral stimulation music is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
There will also be a ten-hour, dark screen version of this posted.

I have CPTSD I have been going through a lot of trauma responses. Flashbacks/emotional fbs etc… I haven’t felt this calm or relaxed in weeks. I even processed some light things that were huge for me. Thank you so much I’m so grateful for you
how long does it take for it to help?
@@arkenaverum7792 It should help while listening but when you stop it's done. I strongly suggest therapy to work more on it.
Please take ´brainspotting- therapy´. It works 100 % and you will be cured very soon. ❤❤❤
😘 recibe un abrazo 🙏
Wish I knew about this a long time ago forms CPTSD it helps sooth my mind at bedtime 🌙 ❤
I always found that sounds of nature and cultural sounds are more effective for me...I have CPTSD, with flashbacks, anxiety, seasonal depression, always in fight-flight mode, with cycling music playing in my head for days resulting in weeks of insomnia. This music has helped me so much.
To everyone on their healing journey...you are not alone...we are connected by our the various energy we put out into the universe...may it be due to neuro-divergent minds, trauma....
I am with you. Remember: you can't force to fall asleep, but you can decide that this night will be the best night of your life, no matter ifypu sleep. Put on your inner smile and just be woth the music.

I am hurting so bad in my mind and soul. The grief I feel and sorrow I feel are unbearable. Sometimes it hurts so bad that cutting my arm off would feel better. Nothing relieves the pain once it gets triggered. I’m so tired but thankfully I know Jesus so I have Him to comfort me when I literally cannot take it anymore. For some reason I think this pain is here to teach me something. I know it continues to help me seek God. Sometimes I want to quit, give up, fall apart but there is hope deep inside of me that I have to mine out to overcome the depression and agonry I feel inside. No one understands it. I do feel alone and I would love to go on to heaven and get out of this pain but the Lord said, “how can your life give me glory if you’re not alive”? I couldn’t argue with that. Sometimes I hate God. Not literally but the pain is so intense that I feel fury and to keep from going to jail I release my anger on God and sometimes the pain is so bad I yell at people. I’ve felt this agony for 30 years. I’m asking God for a miracle because I don’t want to use drugs, drink, numb out or run away anymore. I’ve done everything to escape. Nothing worked. God loves me and this pain has a great purpose but damnit it hurts and today I’m at my max. God knows I’m at the bottom of what I can tolerate. He will send a ram. Please pray for me. I need answers. I need peace. I need love and understanding. I’m going to trust God if it kills me. I’m doing my best to serve Him and not turn against Him and follow the devil out of resentment. If you would please lift up my name, Brooklyn Faith so God hears us ask Him for mercy and grace on my body so I can have permanent relief. If you need prayers please leave a comment. I will pray for you too. Thanks so much, Brooklyn
Stay strong you are loved. So much pain I feel it. Keep trusting that God will provide a ram. He is with you and has big shoulders, he can handle your anger. Praying for you you are not alone
Like the other person said, Jesus loves you with all of His great heart, hang in there, one day at a time, your life is giving Him glory! Sometimes I get really low and in despair, but when I remember He will never leave us nor forsake us even unto the end of the world, I feel I can hang on a bit longer. God bless you my friend and may He strengthen you 🙏
I sincerely pray that you find deep peace
You must be a very special guy to put out this peaceful and therapeutic music. Thank you!!
This particular track was just what I needed today. It took me all the way from some bad/sad places to a safe space and to feeling whole. A wonderful experience with the adult parts of me caring appropriately for the younger parts who now are calm and at peace. To those left with some negative thoughts: Let the bilateral stimulation do what it does and if it takes you someplace you don't like or don't feel comfortable and safe in, just stop listening, take several slow deep breaths and find someone you can talk to. So helpful for me today. Thank you.
It's funny, I've always found a ticking clock soothing. Now I know why. My nanas bedside clock used to tick really loudly. She was my safe space , I love this sound ❤️🩹
❤
I grew up with three different ticking clocks in our house. I find them very soothing. I have one myself now and think it would be odd to be without one.
My Nan had a metronome. I hated that thing when she was trying to teach me piano. Now, it just sounds like home. I miss her.
Such beautiful thing to hear ❤
It made me cry as soon as the other music started. (After the ticking) I also have a deep almost to the spirit level sadness. Idk why. Life has been so so hard for so so long…..
It did immediately release emotions!
I feel you, much love coming your way💓
I relate. My life has been excruciating for 30 years. I’m only 42 but I’ve wanted to die since I was a kid. The only thing that keeps me sane is Jesus. He’s my hope. He’s my rock and salvation. He’s my anchor. He is who gives this pain purpose. I cannot fathom why my life has been so incredibly hard. It’s been so tragic and heartbreaking that it’s got to be divine appointment. I understand being tired. Every time we breath in we say Yah and every time we breathe out we say Weh. Yahweh. It means God. It’s pretty special that breathing, the very thing that sustains our life is just a humble reminder of our Creator. Love and goodness to you as you suffer. We are in this together
Im still struggling with anxiety that comes from nowhere its debilitating me its been going on now for 15months im fed up with wish life would give me and my family a break.nice music though this is.
I’m so sorry your life has been this hard. I’m glad you found Jesus. He is also the source of my strength. I lost a 26 year old daughter in a horrible way a few years ago and her little girl, who had no clue who Jesus is, came up to me and said, mommy told me to give you this really important message…she has already seen and spent time with Jesus. Her daughter could see and speak to her mother for a week until she was buried. Every single time I’m having a rough day and missing my daughter, I pray and ask for comfort. I ALWAYS get it. Immediately! It feels like a warm hug. One of Christ’s many names is Comforter. You are so important to him. We all are! Hang on!
The beats in each ear makes this feel like EMDR therapy. That’s a wonderful trauma therapy, if you haven’t tried it before. You are loved!❤❤❤
I have really bad anxiety right now..I'm so happy this is out there for us. I appreciate the maker. EMDR is really releasing a lot of emotions that I've held on to. I'm finding I'm standing on top of the mountain.
Gratitude from my nervous system 🙏
I am a long-term (46+ years) traumatic brain injury survivor with no short-term and little long-term memory. This music is beautiful. I only hope I can find it again. Thank you so much!
Do not forget this chanel☆...this music is very healing❤
There is something tragically beautiful about this. 🥲
@claireperlman6 I hope this message gives you a notification to bring you back to this video!!❤
Thank you
Hi, here's a reminder for you. ❤
This is great. I dont comment much, but felt the need for this. This brought up a bunch of emotions and feelings today. Kinda took me over. There are a couple of chord changes that just have a feeling to them. The pad hits me one way and makes me feel something for sure, but it's the piano resolution chord that reminds of something and just brought up all these feelings and memories. It's amazing how such a simple chordal progression can stir up such a strong emotional response.
❤️
I have extreme anxiety and ADHD thank you for this track.
This is my favorite bilateral recording. I use it to do affirmations. I also use it while I am out walking in the forest and doing therapeutic art. These practices have partnered well with regular EMDR therapy sessions.
I hope you make other tracks!
I regret that I have but a single 👍 to offer you.
what the heck happened to your other thumb :)
I suffer from bad anxiety here and then and when I feel that way I listen to this type of music/sounds and I feel soooo much better ! Thanks a million! 😊
Absolutely love this ADHD focus music! It's been a game-changer for my productivity and concentration. The isochronic tones create a calming atmosphere that helps me find intense relief from distractions. Thank you for sharing this amazing resource! 🎵🧠"
I don't understand how this works, but it is so comforting.
I've didnt know there was stim music out there, this is so nice
I'm sending you enormous big gentle hugs, with loving friendship, Michelle in Australia 💞
ADHD + this + reading is my fav thing to do. I can finally focus.
Thank you so much for this beautiful soothing music very efficient to instantaneouly break anxiety. I am very grateful for you concern about ads and the care you are taking to keep the music continuous.
I worry and stress about so much,
However at 2:49 when the water flows, it feels like a weight off my shoulders, peace at last.
I was unable to enter the shower today. Just not taking one wasn’t an option for me bc I needed to feel clean to feel better. So I was stuck. Turned on this and immediately started moving. It gave me the kind of very gentle push I needed. Thank you so much.

I came back today Wendy, thanks to you.
I've been trying bilateral music but most stress me more. The alternating beat let me relax with the music. It finally made my brain quiet. Thank you
Autistic and ADHD here. This reminds me of the sound of a metronome ticking while you run through the scales on a piano during practice. Sets the whole tone for focus. Love it. ❤❤❤
Fantastic made .. very relaxing and healing. Thank you.. bought you a coffee❤🩹
I'm so glad you like this one, and thank you for the coffee! That means a lot. I'll go check my ko-fi : )
I can Feel this in my brain
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Your use of the metronome is brilliant!!! It lets me flow with the music, but still feel grounded.
I've been finding relief from my CPTSD by listening to EMDR bilateral stimulation videos, and I'm so grateful!! But I realized that EMDR/bilateral videos with music (like this one) make me very sad and more distressed, so I think I will stick to non-musical EMDR videos. I wonder if this is a common issue
No it should have the opposite effect. It's often used to help people process trauma and keep them from being over stressed or depressed. Sounds like it's having the opposite effect for you.
Even if they’re uncomfortable, you should try to lean into the feelings that come up when you’re listening to this kind of music; it’s a part of the therapeutic process. That’s how and why it works. ❤️ Best of luck on your healing journey.
Bonne continuation, l'ami.
@@codysmitka149 That can vary, and not everyone responds the same. Neurodivergent people can have trouble with emotions mirroring and looping, so standard therapeutic theory does not always work well. And depression can take on a life of its own, and behave similarly: instead of working through sadness, you can spiral down. I've been trying a few of these, and having a bit of the issue that Christie listed myself. I'm also having some sensory issues with the water sounds. I'll try some others but I may go the non-musical route myself, we'll see.

It feels like reorganising he whole system. Thank you so much for this music 🩷

I see now that I read some of these that emotional floods also come with this music. It’s probably better to listen to when you are legitimately having stress otherwise it’ll make ya kinda depressed
I sometimes feel it works for me and calms them down and sometimes there is an emotional flood so it works for me a bit ... maybe because I only hear 10 minutes and need more? Maybe otherwise?
Hello! Thanks for stopping by and listening.
I always recommend talking with a professional therapist about your specific situation. Everyone has a unique and complex situation. An individualized professional is going to help you understand why you're feeling that flood of emotion, what treatments are best, and how to safely navigate through those treatments. If you would like to learn more about bilateral stimulation and EMDR then I would recommend reaching out to an EMDR trained therapist.
I'll paste this same reply to the other vids you posted this comment in case someone has a similar question. I know that's probably not the easy answer you might have been looking for, but I'm confident it's the most accurate.
Sorry for the lengthy reply! Thanks for the comments : )
I as well experience an emotional flood when I listen, but sometimes it does help. I'm currently looking for a therapist that specializes in this type of therapy.
what type of headphones are good for this
Actually, I would use headphones that you already own. I am using a bluetooth capable brand called OpenRun by Shokz.
Theres a sleep mask with built in headphones i think its on amazon
@@Marie19980 soundss Soo weird
I like the music but the beat on the right side is much further back than the left beat. Very annoying to hear the beat in the middle on the left side and far away on the right.
This happens to me because one ear hears better than the other. The sound not being in the middle was be an early indicator of hearing loss. I flipped my headphones for this one. For some reason it sounds better.
@@songstra yeah but it is lower on one side.
@@Spiderantula It isn't for me.
@@PKWeaver74 okay. I tried with different head phones, still the same 😐
Love the background music but hate the tapping sound. The tapping was irritating, distracting & made me nauseous.
There is a very disruptive tic or tac noise and it’s very very uncomfortable to hear. I mean for a relaxin music???
Not as relaxing to me. Playing ping pong in my mind 😂
The ticking is wayyyy to loud, it’s doing my head in! The metronome volume needs to balance and blend better, not overpower. 😬 Sorry can’t keep listening.
