Now you has jazz(from movie high society 1956) BY BING CROSBY and LOUIS ARMSTRONG
Yeah buddy I’m surprised you got it. =)
Wasn't Frank Sinatra involved in high society as well
@@ernielaw yes he was
BTW, those "side markers" were cornering lights. I think that may have been the first year for them
It was actually the second year; the first year was 1962. They were standard.
Hi Jay, what you called the antenna switch is actually the switch for the power convertible top. The antenna switch was integrated into the radio.
Thank you so much for that correction
In 1971 - 1972 my Mother used some money she got when she slipped and fell at a supermarket to buy my Father a 1963 Cadillac sedan. The price then was $560, (they were asking $580). I was only 7 years old then, but I remember the price because when my Father died in 1974 my Mother was going to keep the Cadillac but she got a $500 cash offer for it, and we needed the money. I remember my Father liked the smaller fins on the 63 /64, I know ours was a 63 because of the turn signal / parking lights were round in the photos. I would love to have a 63 or 64. I remember my father put a 7' tall Christmas tree into the trunk and was able to close it. Try to do that with todays cars. Dad's car was used mainly for Sunday drives and special occasions. And it was the last car my parents bought, just not the newest vehicle we had.
Great story thank you so much for sharing that memory with us
@@What.its.like. Jay ,this is what makes your channel so special. It brings back fond memories people have possibly forgotten about!
It’s like a beach boys song, That is one huge compliment the beach boys music can take you to a beach in Southern California this channel can take you back in time.. and bring back memories from that time you may have forgotten that’s incredible and I love all the memories shared
Well it's no contest. The 1963 Cadillac convertible looked so much better than the boring, drab Lincolns or the weirdly naive Imperials. '63 was better than '64, which had screwed up fins and a cheap looking grille. '61 and '62 were interesting cars, but their front clips looked cheap like an Oldsmobile and the windshields had a homely profile. 1963 Caddies were the perfect transition between the big flash of 1959 and the sculpted, well-proportioned sophistication of the mid-sixties cars. 1963 was Cadillac's all-time best sales year up to that time, for a reason.
...cornering lights, and the tires were General Dual 90's.
The antenna was controlled by the radio and the
switch under the dash on the left is for the top.
Thank you for those corrections =)
@@What.its.like. Just sharing some knowledge with you - not correcting.
Thank you so much =)
Jerry- General Dual 90's had 3 stripes.
Had a 65 DeVille. I was young and dumb and didn't know what to look for, so when I noticed road dust rolling into the interior from under the back seat, I pulled the back seat and was staring at the driveway below! I loved it though, it had all options except cruise control. Still wish I had kept it though. Could have fully restored it over these past 42 years. Again, young and dumb. 😢
Thank you so much for sharing that great memory there’s so many cars when I was a kid that I wish I could’ve bought so many different ones gotten away.
I always enjoy your videos and
these were lovely cars.
Mama had a 1963 Coupe de Ville.
In my opinion, the 1960 and 1963
were the prettiest of all Cadillacs,
very clean lines.
Totally agree Jerry
Thank you jerry it means the world to me =) glad you dig this channel
Fabulous cars!
63 Lincoln and the Imperial. My dad had a 61 Cadillac sedan. I remember it being a pretty fast car and it rode okay.
We took a lot of trips in that car because my dad was big on vacation. He was a CPA and the minute tax season ended and school was out. It was time to hit the highway.
We went all over the US back when you could really see the USA.
I cherish those memories. I was an 11 -year-old kid then and to go to all the national parks and historic areas of the country with the exception of the New England colonies was an awesome experience and I will never forget it.
He traded that Cadillac in for a 63 Lincoln which was faster than the caddy and the ride was better but it fell apart like crazy. It was not as solidly built as the Cadillac was.
Thank you for sharing that awesome story what a great memory
I’m hoping next year I will be in a financial position to buy a classic wagon maybe with a Classic trailer and I’d like to take my kids all over the US there’s lots of places I’ve never been I thought it would be really cool to see how much it would cost to drive the Prius from one side of the country to the other just to put it in perspective.
Those things can be bought pretty cheap and they’re very good on gas. The Gilmore auto museum is six hours away from here and only cost me $25 to go one way in the Prius if I took any of my other vehicles that would have been 50-75 dollars one way
That blue '63 convertible is the one !!!
My dad had a ‘62 Fleetwood when I was growing up. That was a true luxury car.
The first car review I read was a Mechanics Illustrated article on one of these... apart from the technicle info, the fact that these things were around twice the price of our family's Mercury rather drove home the monetary scale of the American Car of the day. This quiz is a no-brainer; the '63 Lincoln, because... what else? And the '64 Caddy; it's my favourite of the '60's Caddy's-it's the '63 perfected!
You always remember your first. 63 Coupe de Ville.
My grandfather had a1963 when I was growing up. He usually bought used ones that were a few years old.
Awesome thank you so much for sharing that memory
Great cars. Would love any one of them over today's computers on wheels. Your channel brings back fond memories people have forgotten about!
Awesome glad you dig this channel I love when people share memories of back in the day =)
1964 Cadillac overall it is the best engineering luxury cruises
Another beautiful car that you featured, Jay.
Thank you glad you dig this episode =)
Great video of a great car. My dad had a midnight blue 1965 Sedan DeVille, and the side marker lights in the front are actually cornering lights. They only went on when you used the turn signal while the headlights were on. The lights guided your way when making a turn at night. Otherwise they were off. Side marker lights that were on all the time began in 1968.
I love cornering lights I had an 88 Lincoln town car signature series that had those it was great because the car was long and if you needed to see where the driveway was you could just turn the turn signal on the light would come on lighting the corner so you can see
63 Lincoln 62 Caddy
Sweet choices =)
The front side lights may include side marker/parking light, turn signal AND optional/standard cornering light. Cornering lights are bright, steady white lights which are automatically lighted when headlamps are on and the turn signal is activated on that side. They are useful to see perpendicularly from the forward direction of the car which may include curb markings, driveways or sharp turns into which one may be driving.
I miss Corning lights great feature no longer on cars i just didn’t know when they started putting Corning lights on cars
Thanks Jay for a great Cadillac video. This was a time when a Cadillac was a
dream car. I have always liked the Cadillac cars from the early 1960s.
Thank you so much fir watching glad you dig this video I apologize for not doing the glove box test it’s not going to be done for a few the other cars were a car shows and there was a couple cars that didn’t have glove boxes
My heart be still…….Cadillac all the way on this one!
=) sweet
I had a 1962 Sedan De Ville. Good solid car, hard to find parts for now because it was the first year of new technology for Cadillac. The 61 and 63 were the only year which had a red steering wheel button. The venerable 390ci platform was refreshed in 1963. The 1963 engine was of the same basic foundation as the original Cadillac 390, but it was refined and lightened. The 1964-67 429ci was a continuation of the same design but getting a little long in the teeth by then. The 472, 500, 425 and 368, which followed were some of the finest engine's GM's Cadillac division ever produced. Every engine by Cadillac since was rubbish. HT4100-Northstar. The 368 4-6-8 was only a bad design because of the cylinder deactivation system, but the rolling assembly was still solid. I've had many Cadillacs over the years and rating them, my favorite was #1 1978 Seville, my favorite! #2 1971 Coupe Deville #3 1962 Sedan De Ville #4 1991 Sedan Deville and #5 1984 El Dorado🖕
Thank you’d so much for sharing that added information
Great choices
This was the last year of the 390 c.i. engine, based upon the 1949 design and the original Hydramatic automatic based upon the 1939/1940 design. In 1964 Caddy had an all new drive train, 429 c.i. and the all new turbo-hydramatic.
Thank you so much for sharing that information =)
What a treat , and i would take any of them fine automobiles !
=)
Bill Mitchell liked creases. Like a man suit pants should have creases his words. A rolling piece of Art. When Detroit Cared
Very good point =)
They were in the pictures, but you didn't mention Cadillac's flagship, the Fleetwood. Although they were not considered Series 62, they pretty much looked the same. Also in the pictures was a Fleetwood 75 factory limousine.
1963 was the last full year that Cadillac used GM's 3rd generation Hydramatic, the Jetaway Hydramatic. In 1964, they started using Buick's new 3-speed automatic, the S.T. 400.
The first generation Hydramatic had only a single Drive position. The second generation Hydramatic added a 2nd Drive position. The 3rd generation, the Jetaway Hydramatic added the Park position.
1964 was the only year that Cadillac automatics had only one Drive position since when they used the Buick Dynaflow for part of a model year. From 1965 to 1980, Cadillacs had dual Drive positions eventhough the were using the TH 400 3-speed automatic or the TH 200 automatic in the Seville diesels. They also used the TH 425 in the front wheel drive El Dorados from 1967 to 1979. In 1981, they introduced the 200-4R behind the newly introduced V6 which had 4 forward gear positions. So Caddies which still used the TH 400 through 1984(with the 6L V8) broke from GM tradition and used the most conventional shift quadrants, P-R-N-D-2-1. Like the rest of GM which had L2 and L1 positions, maybe GM felt that Cadillac owners couldn't understand two Low gear positions. Heck, most couldn't understand two Drive positions. lol
Love that 1963 Caddy you videoed. I'd gladly take it over the other cars. I'd probably pull the 390 and swap it for the 472(the 500 was a torque monster, but it was bogged down with emission controls and lower compression).
I didn’t mention the fleetwood de ville and Eldorado on purpose then that way when we do find a Fleetwood it would be like watching a totally new show something totally different anytime I leave anything out it’s on purpose to come back to it, but thank you so much for sharing all that information =)
GM in its glory, beautiful
Great vid, really enjoyed!!
Great video. I'd go for the Lincoln myself, but would love the Cadillac also. Song has me stumped!
Glad you dig
Love the Lincoln. I'm a sucker for suicide doors. I think the 63 Caddy is my favorite.
On the tail lights, the white area had a red bulb for braking and lit red at night when the headlights were on. When you put the car in reverse, the white bulb would illuminate. Cadillac used this light technology from 1962 to 1966. Cool stuff!
Those are cornering lights, Cadillac pioneered them. Cadillac liked using he bee shape in their design cues.
Hello there! Yes, those front side lights are cornering lights. They light your way around a corner at night when you use your turn signal. Actual side marker lights, amber in the front and red in the rear fenders were legally mandated on a new cars sold in the U.S. starting in 1968. If you see them on earlier cars, they would have been installed by the owner as an aftermarket accessory. Sometimes when ‘67s and ‘68s look similar, you can quickly tell the main difference being 1968s had side markers and 1967s didn’t. Just friendly little tidbit of info. 😊
Awesome information thank you so much for sharing =)
I hope a hearse tour is something you have someday. The front end reminds me of the Ghost Busters vehicle.
I met a guy last year with a 59 Cadillac hearse I hope to run into him again this year.
I owned one, 1963 Eldorado, triple blue including top with factory air-conditioning. What a soft riding, silent cruising car. 70 mph for hours, no problem. Went off a cliff just before I bailed out. totaled.
Sounds like an awesome car I’m sorry it went over a cliff
Wow Jay, when I was 10 yrs old, my mom bought one of these, but a Coupe De Ville, 1964, > SAME: Pink, Metallic paint. I was able to be learning to "STEER" , when my mom was driving this car....
I had the 64 limo . It was a beauty with the window between driver and passenger compartment . The 60 Caddies were made well and sold for short money during the 80s. So I enjoyed owning a few !
Thank you so much for sharing your car on here
@@What.its.like. My pleasure , thank you !
I like everything!
=)
I totally agree with your comment on the nasty wheels shown at 2:50. They look absolutely ridiculous on these big cars from the sixties, and I have no clue why anybody feels compelled to do it.
I know right any time I see those hideous wheels in my head WHY
63 and 64 caddy is my pick in fact I could have gotten a 64 caddy when I was younger
Sweet =)
The Caddies and Lincolns were so much better looking than the Imperials of this era. I'd have the Lincoln and the 63.
By 1962, the fins were already on the way out. Cadillac being the foremost in fins(1959) redesigned their leader with subtly. Quite a beautiful design. I would say that EVEN for 1959, but times had changed. I personnally loved the double fin 1962 ! I love the Lincoln Continental design. A more subtle less flashy design of a luxury car. Unfortunately, todays luxury cars all look alike, especially from the rear. There is very little distinctiveness between brands.
There’s been talk that the 1961 imperial fins were the biggest in the industry one day I would love to compare the two to finally see which one had the bigger fins. I was born too late I don’t like how it’s really hard to tell cars apart now everything is very generic and blah
@What it’s like I always thought the Eldorado Biaritz had the biggest fins, along with the 62 Sedan, but I can never find any information on the actual size of the Imperial's. They were huge WHALE fins.
Thank you for sharing this great video. I owned a 63 Fleetwood. When gas was 50 cents a gallon. 110mph top end 😮
Awesome =)
This design is one of my absolute favorites! I would totally pick these!😎
Once again you've made it impossible to decide. I just gotta say thanks for doing this awesome machine
=) that means all those cars were great choices
1: 1963 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible.
2: Same as #1.
Tune: All I could hear was the gorgeous piano playing. Need at least one word.
I live that song it’s called now you has jazz bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong
If you’ve never seen it it is definitely worth watching you’ll definitely get a kick out of it
If you’ve never seen it it is definitely worth watching you’ll definitely get a kick out of it
ua-cam.com/video/26TIfLT-1Xk/v-deo.html
1) Imperial 2) '62! Love the fins! These land barges just scream Rat Pack/Las Vegas! And those rims were hid-e-ous!!!
=)
Great video!!!!!!!!!!
Glad you dig =)
Side lights are corning lights when you turn at night with the blinker on. Mom’s ‘62 Fleetwood had them. I’d take the ‘63 Lincoln. Lincoln did not make a 2 door convertible “later.” They offered 2 door coupés beginning in ‘66. The last 2 door convertible was in ‘60.
Lincoln had a two door convertible in the late 1980s; I believe it was a Mark VII (....just a guess)
@@edb5956 made by aftermarket converters, not factory.
Thank you for that correction I just assume because they did a two-door hardtop that they offered it to door convertible but you’re right they didn’t
I have always loved Cadillacs, but that suicide door Continental convertible is it for me.
Sweet choice =)
I think I will choose the 1963 Continental and the 1962 Cadillac convertible. I'd take the '62 instrument cluster or dash.
I really like the looks of the 62 Cadillac better. I like the lower fins.
Me too but I do like the front and there’s a lot going on in that front end on the 63 it’s glared and tiered
Part 2: '61 Caddy... I am '61 "model" myself. It's a tasteful year for Cadillac.
Sweet =)
Calidad y elegancia
Great presentation. The early 60s launched the slab-sided cars, as trim and details evaporated. And for Caddy, every year lost more front end and other details to something simpler but bland. By their fins shall ye know them.
Hi Jay- scenario 1 the Imperial. I have a 1963 lincoln Continental convertible in my garage, that I hent taken out of the garage since 1985. It's a nice car with some novel features, but I'm not a Ford guy. I'm a Chrysler guy through and through.
Scenario 2- 63 Caddy. The styling is cleaner than the earlier ones, and more distinctive than the 64.
Sweet choices =)
That’s crazy you have that car and you’ve owned it for that long and you don’t drive it. I encourage you take it out it might change your whole perspective on what you think of that Lincoln. And hey those are pretty desirable if you don’t like it sell it by the imperial of your dreams =)
@@What.its.like. I already had a 66 Imperial. I'm actually going to give the Lincoln to a new home. It would take me two full days of work just to get it started, and I'm too old for that kind of stuff. Would you like the car?
Email me what_its_like@yahoo.com
NOW YOU HAS JAZZ!! Haha the first I've ever recognised.
Also...I wish Cadillac had gone fully square at some point. The angles in the front don't do it for me; I appreciate the 63 Lincoln much more for that.
I love that song great groove and has Glenn Miller vibes
63 Lincoln was the car to have so different
All of them .
Sweet =)
Hi Jay, now you're talking. I like the Caddie Jay, but the Lincoln is always going to have my heart. It is the easiest on the eyes with classic simplicity which hits the stylistic spot. A consideration which was of such significance throughout the European car world throughout the 60s & 70s. A seminal vehicle can never be ignored or compared.
Must have been a northern climate car - even convertibles by now usually had AC, escpecially Cadillacs. The 62 convertibles were trimmed more like DeVilles vs. base 62s (for example, power windows, power seat were standard). Always found it interesting that Cad heavily reworked the 390 for 63 and then turned around with a completely new 429 for 64. In many ways the 64 was improved, but 63 styling is 'sleeker', expecially at the rear. WYR - 63 Continental - possibly my favorite year for the 61-67 gen, then 61 Cadilliac - best year ever for Cad fins IMOP - totally menacing out back, and with the lower skeg you can pretend you're Speed Racer getting ready to take out the other guy's tires, lol.
Good
I owned a 64 coup deville sky blue mint best car I ever owned however in the first scenario I would be tempted to go for the Lincoln what an absolute masterpiece
Scenario 2 I would pick the 64 stupidest thing I ever done in my life was selling my 64 Caddy .
The 63 and 64 are basically the same car but the 64 had a 429 engine and I could actually smoke the tires on the massive car
The front of the 63 and 64 are the same but I like the rear of the 64 with the fins cut down lower and the back just better looking
These might not be the best looking Cadillacs made but the quality and workmanship of the 64 were top notch and driving them were like a dream
Thank you so much for sharing all of that information and insight highly appreciate it I got the ride in the 62 Caddy was nice it was a really nice ride
WYR: 63 Lincoln, 63 or 64 Caddy, never cared for the skegs on the 61,62s
Cool choices =)
What you call "marker lights," beneath the dual headlights, are amber turn signals. What you call "side markers" are front cornering lights. The wire wheels are aftermarket, not standard.
Thank you
I was thinking the same about the wire wheels
When we hear 9.8 miles per gallon we tend to forget that most of these Cars had a 30 Gallon Gasoline Tank giving the Car
about 300 Mile Range.....which is almost what most Cars have today.
Very true
To my eye - the 63 Cadillacs are just beautiful. Every now and then, a particular year just seems to be “perfect” and that’s how I feel about the 63 Caddy. Choices - well no surprise - 63 Cadillac for both. Thank you as always for covering these wonderful cars. PS - how about that 31 Model A in behind the Caddy? Granted, it’s Ford vs Cadillac - but think of all the changes in 30 years. Once again, thank you sir! ~ Chuck
That’s coming it’s a 1929 ford phaeton =)
@@What.its.like. I’ll be dipped, I need to rewatch the video. I thought I saw paint on the top of the radiator shell (indicating 31). In any event - looking forward to that as well!
I’m not sure when that episodes coming I got three more rooms from the Gilmore auto museum the cover I was going to do the model a as one day maybe we’ll do it tomorrow for memorial day I think that would be great I think today I’m taking today off of UA-cam I don’t know what’s going on tomorrow it might be Tuesday lol I got some cabinets I have to build
My preference would be the Imperial though Lincoln would be a close second. I didn't like the pointy fins on the Cadillac, but if I had to choose I would go with 1964.
Awesome choices =)
I LOVE the Cadillacs! Is there a Cadillac Club?
I’m sure there is if your on Facebook they have all kinds of groups on there
Dude, the '62 looks SO MUCH BETTER, than the '63, I think
I like the 62 as well
@@What.its.like. Yeah Jay, the '58 was my #1Favorite, followed by the '62
You found another nice example of an original. I really enjoyed this one since one of my late uncles were a HUGE Caddy fan. I always preferred the Caddys over the Lincolns and Imperials, but the Imperials deserve and honorable mention. Out of your choices of years mentioned, I like the 61's and 62's for their lines. Well done!
Thank you glad you dig this one =)
If you still have that wagon and want it covered thinking of going to New Jersey sometime this summer
I've never cared for the grills on the '61 and '62, and I think it hurts the overall look... Anyone else agree? 😊
Continental... but I hate WIDE white-walls. I'd be happy to have any one of these, to be true.
Which one would I like? One of each, please, I love 'em all!
Awesome =)
Lincoln And 63 Cadillac for me.
Sweet choices =)
"63 Imperial convertible & '61 Cadillac convertible
.....thank-you for another enjoyable vid.....since you are "rathering" the '61-'64 Cadillac, why not add the "61-'64 Lincoln and '61-64 Imperial....my #1is the '61 Lincoln with the T-Bird headlight arrangement, and #2 is the '64 Imperial....after those 2, the remaining Lincolns, remaining Imperials, and all the Cadillacs last....the Cadillacs sales usually beat Lincoln and Imperial combined in these years, but I'd rather have a top end Buick, Olds, or Pontiac of the '61-'64 era over a Caddy any day.....
Great choices =) glad you dig this video
Had the 63 conv gold was A MAGNIFICENT CAR NEXT OWNER WAS KILLED IN THE CAR BY A 18 WHEELER WEEK AFTER I TRADED IT PEOPLE DIDNT RESPOND TO THAT COLOR I WAS REAR ENDED TWICE 😮 SIDE SWIPED TWICE. Had no ac. Got a turquoise 66 eldo conv next
Oh wow that’s crazy

Thanks for finding this car for a review...always liked this Cad year. 6:00 The cornering lamps give a bright illumination to the corner you're about to take. WYR: 63 Lincoln & 63 Caddy
Great choices you got the song and title someone got it before you still impressed that one was a hard one
As far a the song goes, the only one I'm coming up with so far is the Dipsy Doodle by Bill Haley and his Comets
That’s a great guess it was bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong now you has jazz
Lincoln!
Sweet =)
What happened to the glove box test and the first look over the hood?
I didn’t get to do it on this one the model a that’s going to be featured that’s right behind it was a lot like it those two guys were driving the cars for a ride to the Classic Car program and they were kind of like watching everything that I did I like shooting at dealerships the best, They mostly leave you alone like I don’t mind if people watch shooting it it’s just weird it’s like you have an audience and they chime in. Which isn’t always a bad thing but you’re always second-guessing everything you say I don’t know it’s weird
What a beautiful car! First round goes to the Imperial, but it’s a tough choice. Second round to the 63 or 64. I always hated the 61/62. The styling is just a complete turnoff for me.
Sweet choices
WYR? 1: Lincoln WYR? 2: 64, cleaner overall look.
Sweet choices =)
61 Cadillac
Sweet choice =)
Jay, if you really look at the 61 Cadillac rear quarter panel design, it is simply a masterpiece. The slim, sharp upper fin, still quite tall, that starts inboard of the fender tip, and the beautiful lower skeg fin edged in chrome... Also, the twin taillight pods with their 3 dimensional chrome v's.. it's so much detail, the amount of which would never again be reached.
1st scenario: 63 Cadillac
2nd scenario: 61 Cadillac
Awesome choices =)
I'd rather own the '62 Caddy!
Lincoln 64 Cadillac
Sweet
I agree those rims are appalling they just don't go right with that style.
I'd rather the 63 Lincoln they're way more stylish.
I have no clue why some people think the Donk wheels look good on classy cars.. or any car for that matter. It’s like how to say your a douch without saying your a douch

Ain't no tellin' on whatever played, :MUSIC wise?
Now you has jazz
Bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong
Is it one of Frank Sinatra fly me to the moon?
Great guess but it was now you has jazz bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong
Scenario one, since I'm a GM guy, I'd take the Cadillac nothing against the other two, just personal preference. In scenario number two, I'd take the 1964 just because that was the first year for thermostatically monitored Climate Control, but honestly, I'd take any of those.
Question for you sir, why do you refer to the headlight dimmer switch on the floorpan as "where it should be" ? I much prefer having it located on the turn signal stalk, otherwise, night driving means continually having your foot hovering over or near the floor button for that function. It's tedious and tiring and fatiguing over a long drive. Being an older guy, I remember those floor buttons, and was delighted to see them relocated to the turn signal stalk, which mostly occurred during the 1970s on US cars.
Oh, and by the way, the side light you were unclear about is a cornering light, which directed a broad swath of light to illuminate the area you're turning the car towards. It's activated by the turn signa, and was self cancelling. In later years, it also included the side marker lights as well.
Thanks for this one.
It’s just easier to kick the switch on the floor idk plus it’s generally a button if it goes bad doesn’t cost as much to replace like the ones on the stock cost.
Great choices =)
I love cornering lights just wasn’t sure when those became I thing
@@What.its.like. That's fine, but I wonder.. Have you ever spent hours and hours of night driving over a period of years with the floor switch dimmer? That might would change your mind; god, I hated that thing. It made your foot (and by extension your entire leg) slave to that function.. And automatic dimmers of that era weren't that reliable either. Typically they went back to bright before the oncoming traffic passed.
Granted, the turn signal stalk would be more expensive to replace, but that's not an item that's ever failed on me.
Pretty sure 1963 was the first year for cornering lights. 🙂
I had a bright light switch fail me on Pontiac sunfire
I have a 52 Chevy truck I drive all over gods green earth with it 4 speed button on the floor love it
Hi Jay: Good review of the 1963 Caddie! Those were REAL Cadillacs! Would have to take Elwood Engel's LINCOLN in the first WYR. #2 would be the Caddie. All those luxury cars of the 1960's were fuel hogs! By that time the Caddie had the smallest displacement engine! Later they would bump the Cadillac to 500 cubes!! The Lincoln had a 430 and Imperials had the 413.
Glad you dig this episode =) big cars and big engines
One day I would love to compare an engle Lincoln to an engle imperial
