Tiffany, since we discovered your channel; my wife and I are wearing out I-65 between Toney and Culllman. 😅. Every visit to town perks our interest and we have to plan a run down there. Keep up the good work, God bless you and your family. 🙏🏻
We lived in a small town in Germany in 1963 when dad was stationed there in the Air Force. There was a little bakery in the town square that always had a fresh cheesecake in the window. It was a large round one with a layer of strawberries covering the top and encircled by a ring of whipped cream. My mom had to have a slice or two at least once a week. I was assigned to the same base in Germany myself back in the mid 1970's and that same bakery was still there and still making the same cheesecake. It was fabulous.
What another lovely day out with you. My dad used to love cheesecake, it was the only sweet thing he ate. Seeing the cheesecake brought a tear to my eyes, but a big smile in my heart remembering how I'd go out with my daddy to get he's treat. A beautiful video Tiffany, thank you for rekindling precious memories. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend 💞
Thank you Teffany for taking us along with you, I enjoy seeing your town and cute stores, sharing the history. The bale of hay decorations very clever love it. Enjoy your day and God Bless you and your family!❤
I had a friend from Germany he was 99 when he passed 6 years ago . He and his wife came to America when he was 20 years old . To Pinson alabama . He became a master molder here. He would make figurines like the ones you wanted to buy. Made the molds by hand carved them all . When he passed away he had a storage building behind his house with thousands of molds for figurines and bird and animals . He sold that stuff and made lots of money doing it. After his passing his son gave me some of his work.
Yummy! Those treats look delicious. I would love to visit Finders Keepers. I love vintage and antique items. Thank you for taking everyone along with you today. ❤
I really miss small town Alabama! Eventually we’ll move back closer to “home”. THANK YOU for sharing your videos. I really enjoy them! 💗 Rolling with the Tide in Nebraska ❤️🏈🐘
There is a little coffee shop in Snead al that you need to go try. It is called sharecroppers coffee and creamery. When you go in there asked them for the back story. It’s not just coffee they have sandwiches, breakfast foods, ice cream, any coffee you like and a store you in there also. Old fashion candy, tee shirts, Bibles, and other things. I think you would absolutely love it.
Hi Tiffany, enjoyed going with you into town, and it's interesting to see what's on the menu when you eat out, and congratulations to Audrey on learning German; also always enjoy hearing the rooster in your intro 🐓, thanks for another great video! God bless you and your sweet family 🏡😊
My husband used to help on some farm land for an Eddie Hart. :) Justin's family land met up to his and they helped out there when he was in high school. If it's the same Eddie Hart.

cheesecake is my favorite food of all time..Looks like I need to make a trip to Cullman. If that were me, after that first bite I would have totally ate the whole thing and not even said a word about it. hahaha
Hi Tiffany. Please go back and see if they still have those figurines of the grandmother and grandfather. That was an excellent price for those! Also, I love the earrings! The food you had looked amazing. I love sauerkraut anything! 😂
Tiffany, what’s the name of the store where you got the earrings? I was born in Germany and lived there till I was ten years old. I have that same punch bowl set that has the castles on the Rhine on it that is in that store. I live in Birmingham and I’ll be visiting that store as soon as u tell me the name😊😊😊😊. Thank u for a fantastic video ❤
Just found your channel I’m from Arab I know you know where that is well actually I live about 10 miles north of Arab I’m about 30 miles from Cullman but my Primary care doctor and my eye doctor or both in cullman There is a old shoe store in cullman I think it’s called Warners or something like that but if I’m not mistaken they have been in business for about 100 years don’t know if you’ve ever done a video on it or not but it would be a cool place to do a video I like Cullman it’s a cool town but you’re right for all the years that I have been going to that town I still have a hard time getting around I’m constantly getting the streets mixed up but anyway very cool video
it might be welcoming to you but not others, please be honest, do you remember seeing any minorities there? I know you didn't go there for that but i wanna know your answer if you did.(also no disrespect)
I was born and raised in Cullman. I have lived here my entire life minus a short time I was away at college. Cullman does have a reputation because of its past, but it isn't that way anymore. My kids play sports with kids of other ethnic backgrounds. I have friends of other ethnic backgrounds. I know Cullman has had bad publicity lately because of its past, but that's not Cullman now. ❤️ I understand where you are coming from though because many years ago Cullman wasn't as inviting. So I do completely understand.
Cool! Its a sundown town.
Genuinely curious if you've visited lately? It's a kind and welcoming small town. No where is perfect, but Cullman is a great place.
@@OurSmallTownLifeas long as you're white lol

What a sweet story! And isn't it neat how things come full circle? From childhood to adulthood. ❤️
