I would say, I am at about a three. So not very confident with sales. I am out of new company and am having to sell retail products for the first time in my career and aesthetician. I can relate with what was said so much about not wanting to be too pushy because I am more of a caretaker and I don’t want to come off like a used car salesman lol thank you for making this video.

This is awesome - even for a massage therapist. I'm curious if it makes sense for a spa owner to offer a 45-min facial so there's time for product recommendations at the end of the service, instead of the standard 50-min service.

You talk about education and clients seeing your posts on Instagram etc & marketing outside the salon. However, working at a spa we only have one opportunity with that client as they don’t return as frequently as to a salon. Do you have any specific tips for those who work in spas ?? 😊

Very good point! Do you have an email list? Sending a once a month email with updates, specials, seasonal offerings, and photos from the month previous can increase frequency of visits :)
