Project SL175 Hits the Road - Our 1970 Honda is finished!

We hit the road in on the 1970 Honda SL175 project bike. We rebuilt the motor, and totally transformed the bike and it works great!

How similar is this bike to a cl175?

Very, I’m restoring a cl175 and some parts are interchangeable especially engine-wise. Frames/exhaust/air cleaners are different, headlight is the same small size that’s inconvenient to find replacements for. You can cross reference parts numbers on cl175 to sl175 and see what parts they have in common.
