    what if I only have one cuvette? can I just put it on the sample compartment and make the measure... It´ll work as an single beam spectrophotometer?

    "Different wavelengths corresponds to different colors". WRONG! The human eye cannot see individual frequencies, only the MEAN or average frequency of the light, and this average frequency is what we perceive as a color.
