But I caught Maymay during a cute moment and wanted to share it. I'm so pleased I caught her little "grumbles" on film, she does those CONSTANTLY (she's very vocal) but it can be hard to catch on video. A lot of you have been asking for more videos with her (and Dawn!) and I've been genuinely trying to do them, but cats can be very finicky :P They don't care about the whims of humans, they operate on their own schedules.
If you watch my last Maymay video - • Cat Cuddle Heaven (ASM... you can see that her hair on her tummy has grown back a bit since then! I don't think it will ever completely grow back, but I'm happy she doesn't seem to over groom too much anymore.

Our cat is called Jim. We didn’t name him but wouldn’t change it for the world. We call him Jimmybob to the tune of the 50s song “Lollipop”. I also like to insert Jim into longer names, like Jimothy or Jimbelina to give him an air of authority.
P.S I’m glad MayMay’s tum is getting better!

I just had to show my cat Bebe Sebastien this video! I waited until he got onto the bed, and he started reacting immediately! He is so perceptive and expressive. He wanted to interact with you and Maymay, terribly! He kept pawing at the screen, trying to figure out how he could reach into your room. It was the sweetest thing to witness, and made my night! Bebe would also mirror Maymay's moves each time she changed positions. I have never seen this kind of reaction. My cat (Menou), prior to Bebe, had different qualities, but they were admirable just as much. She loved ASMR, and Bebe definitely responds to it too. It's something special to observe. Love you and your babies, keep up the amazing work!

My cat Chewie has all kinds of weird nicknames. Chu, chuchu, chewbear, poohbear, foo, foofy, floofy, poofypants. I'm surprised she knows her real name tbh 😂

Aww I have a calico cat too and Maymay has the same little 'nervous kitty' bald patch on her lower belly! She's with my parents while I'm at uni and it's making me miss her so much but also feel really warm and fuzzy to see a cat so loved.

I used to have a tuxedo kitty named Ross and my family and I would always call her things like “Ker-Noo-Noo”, “Nooey”, “Toodles”, “Rossilini”, and “Rossercise” just to name a few. My cat jinx has such sweet nicknames like jinxy, the baby, big boy, little asshole and bastard cause he likes bullying us and being overall emotionally hurtful, like complaining when we look at him or purposefully sitting in our seats pretending we don't exist by refusing to look at us, he's such a little shit but it's so endearing, can't win with him honestly, i love this boy!

Aww I'm glad her anxiety is getting better! My cat did the same thing with over grooming when we were moving homes a lot, but she's a lot better now
aw maymay is such a precious lil baby!!! my boyfriend's cat leela is also a calico, she only has a couple of nicknames but we call her either leels or Sweet Leela. my mom's old cat gareth has the best nicknames by far though, he's a huge black cat so we call him either batman, mr. fatty, gordito/cheesy gordito crunch, little vampire/vlad the vampire...i don't think he knows what his real name is anymore but he knows how much we love him
