Thank you, really enjoying your videos on residency. After being abroad a year now we still are not sure where we want to live or where we can. Have a great day 😊
@WarrenJulieTravel that's great. I like the tax regime for Romania. I was wondering if I could just buy shares of corporations and be a shareholder and get residency that way.
Great interview! We are currently in Romania and have been looking into this as well,. We even have met a few americans who have opened business here and have received their residency cards. Looks very promising.
Good questions. We tried to cover everything, but that is very difficult. Please send an email to warrenjulietravel@gmail.com and we will get you in touch with our expert so he can answer you appropriately.

The business residency is not that complicated in Romania. From what we can see and understand, Romania has the easier residency program. I believe Bulgaria is a little bit more difficult, but it might be worth talking to our expert .
Stoked we just received our Greek Golden Visa in Crete for the 250k purchase. Crazy it's about to go up to 800k. Only for the wealthy soon, lucky we snuck in.
Romainia does not sound like a tax friendly country for Americans. But you can stay long term with a Schengen VISA from another country. Forty percent? Really? Go to Greece where there is 7 percent flat tax or Crete 6 percent flat and Crete is a tax haven.
Minute 29. Thank you Warren. That was definitely a great summary
Thanks and thanks for watching:)
This was interesting to consider, thanks for sharing.
We think Romania is a wonderful country.

If a person doesn't want to start a business and go that route, which is easier to get residency between Bulgaria and Romania ?

From my understanding, 43% is on a micro enterprise only.
