Cool video!!
Glad it worked out for you guys to be able to do the session!
Senior photos are my favorite!
I record and put all my senior sessions on my UA-cam channel. Hoping the seniors realize their sessions can be a lot of fun.

I need to try that leaf tip. 👍🏾
Try it with a yellow leaf, it adds a nice fall theme.

I don't think you should be advising photographers that it's a good idea they adjust anything on a client or model. It's hugely unprofessional and for a clioent it could be creepy as....poor advice
i don't understand your comment, can you clarify? i think you are saying not to advise photographers to adjust the subjects hair, etc? ALWAYS ask your client if it's ok! i typically make a big point to include the part where i ask "is it ok if i adjust your hair" but i have outsourced editing on this video and it must have not been included. but yes, always ask! this is a good reminder for me to note to her, my editor, to always keep that sound bit in! :) if you watch any of my previous videos you will notice i always keep that in. :)
Jessica Whitaker yep that’s been left out. There’s a lot of issues where photographers assume they have that right, see Jason Lanier and models don’t like it. I’m guessing a senior or prom age student would be mortified if a photographer just suddenly started adjusting her hair.
I always ask the client if it's ok with them before you do anything, even how little it is. I think Jessica did that before she start shooting.
@@aerincollins1175 It's hugely irresponsible to leave that out, suggesting that in some way the model will feel more comfortable and that you look more professional in some way by touching the model's hair...I don't think so
@@derekmack no, I totally agree with that . But yes, when you take photography classes they teach you when and how to touch if you're doing a shoot. Certain things I wouldn't even try, I just tell the model to do it themselves. The most I ever did is position couples hands where i wanted them cause they didn't understand what i was trying to do.
Just added you on Facebook! ❤
