I do think you should def be allowed to pick the same. It’s more authentic that way. You’re gonna love and hate the same people sometimes and that’s ok
Hey guys! Hope your doing well. Enjoyed hearing your character lists and giving some insight on your thoughts. At this point I was inline with Sisi on little finger, or as some have referred to as "middle" finger. But to be fair, the fact that as viewers we can have so many storylines and characters to follow, and to have a full range of feelings for them is a testament to the acting of this series. Interesting parallel with Theon and Jon both facing the conflict to take a life and the choice each made. This is a good episode, bearing light on so many different characters (old and new). Great reaction as always, hope you have a great rest of your week. Keep 'em coming. See you Wednesday.
things like making lists, to me is a good way to get to know a little about you since we really have no way to interact. It's kinda like a Q and A about the series that creates a form of interaction, which is better than simply watching a reaction. Some will like it, some won't. Kind of like pineapple on pizza lol.
I love this episode. The Arya/Tywin dynamic is so interesting to me. Theon killing Ser Rodrick is definitely a turning point for him. And, Joffrey got a cow pie to the face.
Keep in mind that Arya is 9 years old in the books and is in a field of concentration, it is not selfish that she cannot or does not know how to look beyond, it is understandable, solo busca sobrevivir
Love the addition of the top and bottom 3 characters from each of you! An I like it that you guys don’t talk about it ahead of time. Will be cool to see how both of your lists change each season.
You ain't seen stressful yet. lol. We getting there though. I agree with the picks. After this episode, I think Theon Greyjoy was the most hated for all of us.
Buenas Noches Guapa Pareja and sweet summer child, successful, calm, generally very nice conversations about all and Theon's dilemma and how immature he is, CDHYF is going to be a roller coaster of emotions, and I'm glad we're taking the journey together ♥❄&🔥´♬
I'm a bit ambivalent about making these love/hate lists. People are already naturally far too good at deciding they dislike someone, and then immediately dismissing and ignoring anything they ever say, assigning the worst possible interpretation to anything they do, and reflexively opposing anything they support and supporting anything they oppose. We don't need to _help_ the process along. Everybody in the GoT world has a point of view, most of them aren't idiots, and a lot of them spend a lot of their time telling the actual truth (often a carefully chosen subset of the truth, but the number of straight lies is smaller than you sometimes think). Once you've decided you dislike them, it's _way_ too easy to stop taking them seriously. I mean, if Ned hadn't decided that Littlefinger was untrustworthy and all his ideas were terrible, he might have taken all the *complete truth* and *good advice* that Littlefinger told him more seriously, instead of just dismissing it so easily, and lived a little longer. The proper way to punctuate a sentence that starts "I know he's the king, but" is to put a period before the "but", and throw it and whatever follows away. I'll bet there's a lot of stuff Cersei should have done raising Joffrey earlier, and there are probably ways she could be better... "managing"... what he's doing now. But trying to do it by fiat or "she's his mother" is definitely not one of them. If she orders the Kingsguard to go lock him in his room, and he orders the Kingsguard to execute her... who do you imagine will still be alive 5 minutes from now? There's real symbolism in the mess Theon made of beheading Rodrick. But also, cutting someone's head off really isn't that easy. Look at the sword Ned used in the first episode to behead the deserter; it's *HUGE*, and it's Valyrian steel. In fact, it's almost useless as a weapon in a fight; it's far too big and unwieldy to actually fight with. But for making a single clean cut for an execution, it's perfect. Theon's using a small combat sword, of pretty clearly much inferior material. Perfectly fine for a standing man fighting. But even if he had good form and whatever else, it'd do a poor job of cleanly decapitating. Swords and axes used for execution were generally very specifically made for that task, and not very useful for anything else.
Wow! Thanks for the detailed comment! We appreciate your feedback. As the seasons have progressed we have definitely started to reflect and reconsider some of our initial opinions of characters. Point taken on Joffrey and appreciate the symbolism call out of Theon!
Ok, so to confirm Top 3 likes/loves and dislikes/hates Sorry, I still don't know your names lol ... The guy chooses(Likes ) Arya Stark/Rob Stark/ Daenerys Targaryen (dislikes) Melisandre, Joffrey Baratheon, Theon Greyjoy The lady chose: (likes ) Tyrion Lannister, Samwell Tarly, Rob Stark ( dislikes ) Peter Baylish (Littlefinger), Tywin Lannister, Cersei Lannister You both should add your prediction of 3 character Deaths for the season ???
Hey Fam!
We added something fun in this episode, let us know what you think and if you agree with our picks! 👊

Less talking and more of the show would be better.
