I’m getting as much info to try convince my husband to move to Botswana😅 We’re currently living in the United States but we’re Jamaican, but I really would love to live in a African country❤
It’s wonderful to see your enthusiasm for Botswana! Moving to an African country could be such an enriching experience. Botswana, with its high-ranking police service, clean cities, and vibrant culture, offers a unique and promising environment. Gathering information and presenting the benefits will surely help in making a well-informed decision. Best of luck with your journey and discussions with your husband!
Correction: In America, cars are driven on the right side of the road with the steering wheel in the left side of the car. In the UK and many of its former colonies, the driving side of the road and steering wheel position are opposite.
Botswana does not permit dual citizenship. If you are an African American interested in obtaining Botswanan citizenship, you would have to renounce your current citizenship as part of the naturalization process. It's important to carefully consider the implications of this decision and consult with legal experts or the relevant authorities in Botswana for detailed guidance. You can call my sister who is a lawyer on: (+267)72771748 for further clarification
They do not but as an American as well and also interested in Botswana, I found that you can become a permanent resident indefinitely without renouncing your citizenship.
Sir. Help me to understand. It seems to me, although you are promoting it that Botswana really doesn’t want the Diaspora to move there. A 90 day visa is great but what if we decide to stay? I am a retired senior and don’t want to do the visa hop. I’m told that I can’t even rent an apartment unless a local signs the lease. Is this true? If so, how many new people know a local well enough for this? I am an African American and I think that if you truly want us in the country concessions ought to be considered similar to Ghanas. I had hoped to visit in February 2025 but I don’t want to waste money and time if I’m really not wanted there. Please advise. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that
Watching you from the UK but I'm South African
@rbee2062 Thanks very much!
Trust all is well
Here in the UK, the motorist fuels their own car ,fill out own tyre air. There's no service attendants like in Botswana or South Africa
Great content
Nice boss
Your guests dont elaborate issues they are quite reserved

Can I buy a house in Botswana as a South African?
I was in Botswana recently. They drive on the left like all places formerly of the British empire.
You are right.
I like your channel
Thanks very much for the compliment.

Hello sir
hi
Does Botswana allow dual citizenship? I am African American and would be interested in having Botswanan citizenship.
