@@photographer8486 a standard Invisible Selfie Stick would work but you would need something to attach the Invisible Selfie stick to the bike like a bike mount for camera/selfie stick.? i hope this gives some insight...
Only weird thing about the invisible stick is you have to be mindful of the sun angle because you can see the shadow of the stick. Brilliant video. And as always, it’s a pleasure watching you. Take care.
That's the kind of Environment i retreat to when i need to clear my mind! I love the birds sund track of my place Wondering why magpies were also quiet.... maybe was just sunbathing time for them Nice presentati in of the device! 👋❤️
I am planning on using this in addition to the video aspects, as a replacement for my poor phone selfie camera. i know this probably takes selfies due to the 360 lens when you just hold it out, but is there a way to tilt it more like it is looking directly at you? not sure if needed as haven't tried yet, but seems like the picture would be better straight on if using as a selfie and don't care about the stick showing.. just curious.
One problem I can see right away is that you can't use this Power Selfie Stick AND have a Rode Wireless Go microphone attached. It's either one or the other. I can understand the Power Selfie Stick being useful if you are using the One X2 for vlogging. But I think the vast majority of people who use the One X2 for vlogging would use it with the Rode Wireless Go. So in that case, it would make a lot more sense just to have an extra battery or two. One of the convenient features of the One X2 is how quickly and easily you can remove the battery and insert a fresh one. You can do it in seconds with very little trouble. Plus the battery life in the One X2 is excellent. Just one extra battery is more than enough to get anyone through even a long day I think. I doubt anyone would ever need the 4,500 mAh in the power stick. I'm also curious about the extra weight relative to the normal Insta360 Selfie Stick. You didn't mention the exact weight difference between them. A great thing about the combination of the One X2 and the normal selfie stick is how light it is. I wonder if this Power Selfie Stick would take away that advantage and make it much heavier. I think the Power Selfie Stick is about double the weight of the regular stick. Cost is also something to consider, and you didn't mention how much this Power Selfie Stick would cost relative to the cost of an extra battery. That is something that I would think about before buying one. I just checked the website and the Power Selfie Stick is currently about $70 US. An extra battery costs half that at $35. I'd also like to know how this stick handles charging. Does the camera drain the selfie stick's battery first and then switch to the battery inside the camera? Or does it use up the camera battery first? Or does it use power from both sources at the same time until both are fully drained? That's something that would be useful to know. That cable design also looks a bit iffy to me. It sticks out a long way from the camera body, and I can see a problem with that getting hooked on things as you move the camera around or try to move it through a small space. I think the cable could have been designed in a much more streamlined fashion with 90° plugs such that it hugs the side of the camera tightly. That would also keep the cord out of the field of view of the lenses. I was also wondering if the power button and the record button were textured in any way so that you can tell which one is which without looking at the stick. I'd rather be able to find the right button quickly with feel by my thumb instead of having to look at the stick all the time. I also don't know what I think about having the mode function built into the power button. It would be better if that were a separate button. I think a lot of people would accidentally switch the camera to photo mode when they're trying to power down the camera. It seems like a design that will lead to confusion and mistakes. I'm also wondering if the power button and record button on the One X2 still work normally even when the Power Selfie Stick is plugged in. Or does plugging in the power stick disable the buttons on the camera and make them non-responsive? Lastly, I don't know if having the controls in the power stick is really that great an advantage. I find that I need to look at the screen of the One X2 all the time to confirm that it actually started recording and is in the right mode. I don't think I could trust it just by pressing a button on the selfie stick handle and hoping that the camera is actually working and recording properly. So I think I would end up looking at the camera screen anyway. And then the controls in the power stick wouldn't be that useful. I'd just use the controls on the camera body anyway. A Power Selfie Stick seems like a great idea. But I think this model needs a lot of improvement.
Thank you for this very good review! Much appreciated and giving me as new user of INSTA360 valuable advice how to use! Wishing you all the best! Greetings from Sweden!

@@Young360 Have you ever filmed on a GoPro Hero 10? I've been considering getting that one as well. I have the DJI Mic, which you really should switch over to... it's AMAZING! The Action 2 looks tempting, but the image quality I see in reviews is not so great.
hi. Sorry but at insta360 they have told me there is no threaded hole to mount a tripod ... how is it possible that your one has it ? is it a different model ? thanks
That would be great if that setup was also waterproof for wave photographers, but one question I have which seems obvious is about that cable and cover sticking out. Do those show up on the software or are they transparent like the invisible stick?
I just got my power stick. Function and build is awesome. But tbh the battery life is underwhelming. Idk if my brain is playing tricks on me but it didnt feel like i had extra boost of power at all.
