Great tips! I found a lot of peace doing this as well. Plus, I add ten nice facebooks comments on random friends pages for no reason at all other than to hopefully bring one smile. Then I feel like if everything else goes wrong, at least I have done these four things (yours plus commenting).
1) 5 things I am grateful for when still in bed 2) Japa/Meditation: after shower. Begin with Japa. Then go into Meditation 3) Pranayam: Before Japa 4) Yoga Aasana
