A MUST DO ON ANY JZX100!!!

HOW I REWIRED MY JZX100'S FUEL PUMP ON MY CAR FOR THE WALBRO 255LPH, VERY EASY AND CLEAN INSTALLATION FOR UNER 10$. I THINK EVERY JZX NEEDS THIS AS THE ECU SHARES THE SAME POWER AS THE FUEL PUMP

JZX100 Tourer Vs don’t have fuel pump ECUs. They use the EFI main relay to power the pump, just like the NA. The EFI main relay is ECU controlled on Tourer V and ignition switch controlled on NA.
The reason Tourer V have two speed pump control is because they use a separate ECU controlled relay to redirect power through a resistor and lower pump speed. You can eliminate this system a few ways. You can simply remove the jump the resistor, remove the resistor control relay switch side legs (leaving the coil to avoid check engine lights), or remove the ECU FPR wire from the connector.
As a side point, I would recommend moving to TXL, GXL, or Tefzel wire for this stuff. It’s significantly less prone to fire risk compared to Amazon wire and is much smaller and lighter given the same AWG size of the wire.

I got the fuel pump 78 code i believe that is for the fuel pump by pass i habe
