JZX100 (90 and 110 too?) - ECU Capacitor symptoms and replacement DIY

Apparently, this is a known thing for old Toyotas. The caps just die and burn the board. Here is the very basic guide for how to generally diagnose and replace these caps.

I mean the whole thing is inside a hot cabin every day. It heats up and cools down so much. Makes sense they would go out.

Door Panel Remover tool looks like a screwdriver with a notch out of it in the middle perfect for pulling those little clips out

Yea but it looks like you need to get under the button and pop out the middle and not the outside. Either way, they came out pretty easily

The voltage value on the capacitors is not important.. as long it is the same or higher than the original value.
