Hi, the size I got was 33/46/10.8 from eBay. The full description was "Front Fork Shock Absorber Oil Seal 33x46x10.8mm for Suzuki GN250 Honda CA250" - although my forks don't match either of those bikes (being eBay, the description may not be accurate!).
Hi, I couldn't find the exact value for my forks but after looking around I believe the value is between 150/225 ml oil per leg. As I wasn't sure I aimed around the middle value. The main thing is not to put to much in as it needs space for enough air to be compressed. Another way of setting it is the distance from the oil level to the top of the fork. If you haven't taken yours apart yet, measure this and make sure you refill to at least this level.
Fyi , I just did a set of these, the less leaky one gave 300ml of oil, so I put 320ml of 5w oil in each leg and they feel great ! And no more leaks 👌👌👌
Vince at Tbolt had me use 225 ml, for my VS1 Forks, 225ml each fork, (140cc bike). I don't think it has to be exact, not positive though. I realize the op is a year old, I say this for newer readers. I watched a video on SSR forks, they are much simpler to rebuild, not that these are complex, but I'm having a hella time with mine, for anyone that has never done this, there can be a lot of mysteries. I believe the stock weight oil is 10w, I'm just under 130lbs, so I'm going to try 5w.
As usual the answer is vice grips 😂 I spent forever trying to figure out how to get the rod out before coming to UA-cam.

That's exactly my problem do you know how to do it?
You need to use a piece of pipe that fits over everything but also fits inside the fork tube, then just hammer in until seated.
