I used “hyvää päivää” as a greeting when I first tried to communicate in Finnish properly and that was seen as too formal from me. The work culture in Finland isn’t as extreme as other places. No need to take myself hard 😌

Am I right that, in Finnish language abbreviations are used due to long names?

Yeah that’s an informal version of terveisin. People use that too :)
