How to make the Best Home made Alfredo Sauce - simple, from scratch

Ingredients
•Pasta
•1 stick of butter
•1 clove of minced garlic
•1 pint of heavy cream
•1 cup of Parmesan cheese
•2 tablespoons cream cheese
•salt and pepper
Instructions
1.Make Pasta.
2.In a sauce pan over medium heat - melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes.
3.Add cream and cream cheese and heat till bubbling ( not to the point of a boil)
4.Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts add salt and pepper to taste. I ended up adding about ½ teaspoon of pepper ( but that is just me).
5.Mix some sauce with the pasta ( a little sauce goes a long way ;) ).
6.Enjoy
