Yes, I noticed that as well! Incredible singing!
Noticed that as well. Unbelievable talent!
Josh: sings high belting notes for 17 seconds straight
Everyone: BREATHE!
Josh: Breathing is for the weak lunged
Yes. He was turning a bit red but honey badger don't care
Aye, and the flourish at the end was ever so skillful.
They had to have out some kind of magic in their music to make anyone who listens to them feel this way. There’s no other way to put it. It’s literally magic.
They're making history before our eyes. Just enjoy the new generation!

WHEN MUSIC GIVES YOU THE CHILLS, IT HAS DONE ITS JOB, AND THEN SOME.
Um no, it made me laugh my ass off
@@Bob-hq5lj how the Fuck u say that. Iike I’ll never understand as a classic rock fan. How u say this isn’t good
Agreed.
@@Bob-hq5lj I feel sorry for u. If you can't feel it, it's your loss...
@@thehomedogllc Oh its good, good for a laugh
This song makes me want to burst into tears from an overwhelming indescribable feeling. Their music makes me feel ethereal. My dream to see them in concert one day
Me too friend. I absolutely refuse to die before I see them live.
Yeah they definitely have an anointing on their band, for sure.
i saw them in the beginning of june. if you ever have a chance to see them live, go. it was incredible (though i was salty they didn’t play this, it’s my favourite lmao)
Nov.Tucson! Here I Go!

I would love to be there friend. Don't know if I'm gonna make it. I'm jealous 😫
This is beautiful in every single way, oh Lord
Oh my God, they were born for this...have you ever seen anything more perfect...feeling emotions I didn't know I had
WHEN JAKE TAKES THE ELECTRIC GUITAR THO>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
IM 72 and love these men. It's been awhile good music has a turn
I just can’t believe how young and talented they are that blows my mind
These guys lived, ate and breathed music. THEY CAN THANK THEIR DADDY ❤
That guitar solo is so badass
“Play it Jakey” 🎸
Sounds a lot like Kirk Hammet’s style I love it.
yeah it is but he did mess up at least once that i heard in this live set, it was kinda sad.
@@Artcore103 kinda sad? How so? This is difficult stuff they are doing , and they are doing it live. Not sure why its sad - it speaks to the difficulty of what they are doing that ridiculous musicians like these dudes still mess up occasionally :)
@@iamgates7679 I don't mean sad as in like lame or pathetic, they're incredible, I just mean sad for the listener that it's not perfect that's all.
The world needs Greta Van Fleet's songs
Jake's guitar solo in this music is the sexiest thing I've ever heard
I’m 70 years old and this is awesome. ❤️
I'm 65 years old and this is wonderful
👌👌👌👌👌👌💓🔥
Go ladies! I’m 53 and a huge fan. They are gonna have a long career!!
71 years old...
I love these guys...
Outstanding
This album is absolutely incredible. This band is incredible.
If you excuse me sir, I'm gonna hide to cry ✨
Yes! I think there are going to be a lot of people crying when they do this on tour.
@@shellywf7414 specially with Light my love for sure
Yes! Josh is going to look out at the audience all sobbing like babies and say sorry guys! Lol
Don’t hide, we will all cry together
waiting for that one person to comment that you all are little girls for crying and if you want to hear real music he'll show you😂
anyways I'm crying with y'all
There’s something magical about this group and it’s still a mystery to me. My mom and I listen to then every single day, she says it makes her feel like she’s 15 again…Every time I hear then I feel like I’m creating memories that I’ll remember when I’m older, I personally think they’re the best band out there right now not only vocally, I think their lyrics are beautiful and captivating as well.
I'd like to take a moment to thank the parents of each of these young men. They provided them with what they needed to grow up strong in body and mind, and gave them an amazing musical education without shoving anything down their throats. May they all be showered with many blessings!
Easy when 3 of them have the same parents 😂
i will do everything in my power to ensure they all get the recognition each of them deserve
I’m trying as well
Reading the comments, I know I'm not alone, its an overwhelming feeling. Maybe because im witnessing something I thought no longer existed, but its here, NOW!!
josh if you ever read this, your voice is the best i’ve ever heard in my life.
I'm 57 and think GVF are in the top 10 most talented bands in my lifetime.
I am 36 and I grew up listening to zep, purple, skynard etc, through my old man, and now we both share this music together in this day and age the thing I thought was impossible.
I'm from the Led Zeppelin era. No other era like it but I can honestly say" GVF hs given me that same feeling that i had felt many years ago. Rock is not dead because GVF has given it life again. . .
When I first listened to this album I told myself the album would go good with a live orchestra. Oh how right I was.
You watch them as a group playing in synch, but as you continue to watch, they are each in their own world, playing in their own ethereal cosmos. Out of this world. 🇨🇦👍
Great great band
This song is harmonically, melodically, and rhythmically a masterpiece inside and out.
Please put the whole Candlelight Sessions on Spotify. I hope they include Flower Power, Anthem and You're the One.
i’m literally speechless.
They are mind blowing aren't they? They just take your breath away.
@@Xendava absolutely! my favorite band i adore them so much
Josh’s vocals at the end were absolutely beautiful. Sammy on the keys was amazing. Jake was awesome as per usual. Danny nailing the drums.
I love the guitar solo in 4:10 OBSESSED
Their songs create such indescriptible feelings, a mix of deep joy, nostalgia, hope… This one makes me wanna cry for absolutly no reason, it just gives so much feelings. Amazing band
Puts me in the mind of Rush, Yes, and a touch of Queen. I absolutely love the music, the singer has an ethereal voice, Getty Lee-ish.
I've thought the same. I bet he could sing the shit of some Tesla too!
5:21 to 5:38 Josh never takes a breath in...... Spectacular voice control
Sincerely? After listening to this band, I came to the conclusion that there are still wonderful things in music. Simply amazing!
Makes me emotional every time I watch this.
No matter from whatever religion we are hindus, christians or muslims etc let's cherish this moment that "Rock n Roll" is back home. These lads are gonna show the world what mighty zeppelins were showcasing the world in early 70s. It's going to be a long journey humans so buckle yourself and hold on to each other.
Beautiful!
I am simply enraptured with their poetic talented writing , the WORLD needs this music now more than ever , THANK YOU GVF , from Karen in the land of OZ
I dig GVF as an atheist......
don’t really see where religions or non religious comes into play.
It’s music..... everyone can enjoy ✌🏼
Man, respects for this beautiful msg.. I was in tears after that guitar solo when I read this... 😊
Very well said!
For them to have written these words at their age astounds me ,
Sweeping off the pavement with a parlor broom going no where soon .
This is an absolute MASTERPIECE by these very special and talented young men. WOW.
Whoever did that slowed close up of jakes hands understood the assignment lol!
Just here for my everyday watching of this performance. See y’all again tomorrow.
Not lyin. Every. Day.
Me too... sometimes twice 🙂🎶
Jake coming in with that massive solo! Sammy being super talented on keys as well as bass. Danny sitting right in that pocket and Josh just absolutely killing those vocals. This truly is a masterpiece of a song and for them to have wrote a mature song like that at such a young age is astounding!
BEST SONG ON THE ALBUM BTW
Josh really said “I’m the chosen one” with that outfit. Love them ❤️👌
Perfectly said. I love his audacity in doing so.
So much heart and soul and passion. Should be song of the year. Should be album of the year. This live concert, given during the pandemic of 2021, is destined to go down in rock-n-roll history. And like Live Aid you are here watching it happen.
WE can only wish the Grammy's were less political. This album is brilliant.
seriously this song is one greatest tune of all time , it falls down to reveal how fragile and sad we are , what an amazing song an performance thanks for Greta Van Fleet for the Battle at the Gardens Gate , an Album that deserves to be your winner of the game
Interesting how if this band existed 60/70 years ago, or if it were to only exist in 60/70 years from now, it would have the same power. Its music would remain untouched. Timeless art!
