Texas Style BBQ Sauce Recipe:
2 TBS Butter
Half white onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbs tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbs regular mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs chili powder
salt/pepper as desired

Your measurement system is spot-on for the best type of home cooking - "That looks about right," and a "tablespoon" measured by pouring into a cupped hand, not to mention the "1/4 cup" of a/c vinegar poured from the jug. It's nice to see folks cooking this way instead of listing carefully measured portions of everything.
