Social Distance Wedding After The Pandemic ///// As we begin to turn the corner of the coronavirus lockdown, as the result of a worldwide pandemic, are you excited to get back to your job as wedding and special events DJ? I’m sure your answer is a resounding, YES, as that is my answer too.
But I’d be lying if I said there isn’t a dose of nerves and anxiety to return to a world of social distance weddings, social distance events, social distance dance floors and the multiple consecutive weeks of weddings and events.
In this video I talk about the thoughts swirling in my head as we ready ourselves to return to a full slate of events. If you are feeling a bit nervous, you’re not alone. Let’s have each other's backs as we get back to doing the thing that we love.

Great video!
Thanks Sara!
Very cool reflection, Justin! So fun to see all you've (and others) have accomplished and hear your thoughts on reentry to the new normal. I'm ready for the dance floor!
Thanks for watching ... and always rushing to the dance floor (perhaps another wedding dance floor in the future!)
Great Video. Great Observations. Way to shine a light on what we CAN do
Thanks for watching Clarke!
Crying happy and sad tears 🥲We got this!
So many battles to fight and win during this next year!
Thank you for sharing all of this, the ups and downs, and all the lessons learned that we can take onto the next chapter. We’ve got this!
Glad you were part of the last year with us!
What a great poignant look at the bright side of the past year. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you, Justin! Love the “good stuff” from 2020... and your reminder - “We’ve got this!”
Thanks ... hope to see you at an event soon!
Wow. This is so right on...on so many levels. Thanks for putting this together Justin. I think we’re all ready to dance!
But when you are not dancing? Thanks for taking the time to watch! Hope to see you on a dance floor soon!
@@djkanoya Lol. Truth. =)
You've nailed it! A good reminder to continue taking breaths and balancing the busy with moments of slowing down even as we gradually return to our busy schedules. Much love to you and your family, Justin!
Thanks ... Looking forward to seeing/hearing Naruwan again too!
Great video, Justin! It's really astounding how resilient we are and how "easy" we are able to adapt to change. Let's be as understanding and kind to each other in 2021 as we were in 2020!
That's a great motto! Thanks for watching!
Well done! Thanks for making this, Justin!
Thanks for checking it out!
This is amazing, thanks for sharing exactly what I think so many of us are feeling (yet are also afraid to admit). Also such a great reminder to look back on all the GOOD things that came out of 2020.
Thanks! I don't think anyone should be worried about admitting these nerves. We all have them right now!
❤️❤️ beautiful. So much spot on. (Low key I’m also having some anxiety about the world opening back up)
Thanks, always, for your support!
How are you feeling, deep down, about the return to event life? I'm elated, but a little nervous too. Tell me how you feel.
I think you hit the nail on the head here. Elated to return but weary. I have learned so much about myself and learned to really slow down. Thanks for this video and being in that vulnerable space!
@@whitneyhelena5256 i think we are all cautiously optimistic indeed.
Lovely video, Justin!! I know we are excited.. finally getting married this year! And the highlight will be our DJ. DJ Kanoya always keeps the party going :)
Can't wait! It's gonna be great!
One of your best Vids yet. Thank you
Thank you! Definitely put in some sweat and tears into this one. I'll occasionally dive a little deeper into special event related issues like this ... but I'm still here for tips and product overviews!
I feel so many of us. Most of us share similair sentiments and experiments. Totally resonate
Thanks for watching ... glad this message is resonating with you and many others!
👍👍👍
Great video but lose the social justice propoganda please.
Really? You're triggered by a photo?
@@djkanoya I'm triggered by your wokeness
Wokeness: a state of being aware, especially of social problems such as racism and inequality.
If anyone is "triggered" by wokeness should probably reevaluate their position of their fellow (wo)man.
@@randalls.2576 Spoken from a true wokeist. Beautiful.
Great video!
Thanks Angie!
