- We think weight loss is about food choices and it is, but it’s more about changing your relationship with yourself and with how you use food.
Losing weight and keeping it off are two different things. I could lose weight to try and find love for myself or from others and then I could go back to my old habits because I was reminded I was unloveable so what was the point ?
You are loveable and deserve to feel your own love.
